The dance

~Few days later~

Sabine: How do I look?

Hera: I don't know. I thought it wasn't a big deal.

Sabine: It's a dance. I want to look nice.

Hera: You look nice but you aren't.

Sabine: This is not the time for jokes. I have to meet Ezra in 10.

Hera: Then go, you don't want to keep him waiting.

Sabine: Shut up.

Hera: Say "hi" to your new boyfriend for me.

*Sabine rolled her eyes*

Sabine: I'll get you a boyfriend someday. I'll make fun of you then.

*Sabine said that and left*

~Ezra's house~

Ezra: I have to go. Don't want to keep her waiting.

Kanan: Goodluck. Hope you have a girlfriend by tonight.

Ezra: Will have one but not happening. She doesn't know and doesn't need to.

*He got the flowers and left*

~At the dance~

Ezra: Want to dance?

Sabine: No thanks. Just waiting for my crown.

Did I really say yes? I don't even know how. Okay, that's a lie because I'm dance class also. I hate dances.

*Ezra took Sabine's hand and took her to the dance floor. The song started and they started dancing. When the song ended, they got close and kissed*

Ezra: I'm sorry, I didn't plan on doing that.

*Sabine stood in shock and ran away to the commons. Ezra went after her*

Sabine: Stay away from me.

Ezra: Why? I like you.

Sabine: I don't care. I don't feel the same way.

Ezra: You sure? You kissed me back. I could tell you love me.

Sabine: I don't. I...I...

Ezra: Exactly. Tell me the truth. Do you like me? Looks like you want to stay away from me. Am I really that horrible?

Sabine: Your not horrible. Your amazing.

Ezra: Then why are you staying away from me?

Sabine: Because if we go out and break up, we might not want to see each other after.

Ezra: I could never stay away from you. The only reason I joined all your classes was so that we could spend time together. I'd never leave you.

Sabine: We can't.

Ezra: You love me and I love you. I was going to wait for this but I can't. Sabine, will you be my...

*Ezra was cut off. Sabine kissed him and he was shoked*

Sabine: I love you. Of course I'll be your girlfriend.

Ezra: Really?!

Sabine: Yes. Now let's go get my crown.

Ezra: Deal. I want another dance.

Sabine: Wait. I know you love me but please change your schedule back.

Ezra: No can do. Past the dead line.

Sabine: No.

Ezra: Yeah, let's go.

*They went back inside. Everyone cheered as they went in*

Sabine: What's going on?

Teacher: Our king and queen everyone.

Ezra: We won!

Teacher: Come on up.

*Ezra took Sabine's hand and went up to the stage. The teacher put the crowns on them and they faced the crowed*

Sabine: I can't believe I won.

Ezra: Me either. Thought I would lose.

Sabine: When did you sign up.

Ezra: When you asked me if I could come with you because you said you wanted to win. I signed up so we could both win.

Sabine: I hate you.

Ezra: I know.

Teacher: Now let's have our king and queen on the dance floor.

*Sabine and Ezra went down. The music started and they danced until it all ended*
