bullying

SO MANY CLICHES!!!

When the main character is bullied by the person they are to fall in love with.

Now I don't know if you've ever been to actual school, but this a very uncommon thing. Especially in high school.

At the school I go to basically everyone ignores each other. I know that isn't the case for other schools but this is ridiculous.

If characters already liked each other and it is LIGHT bullying(EDIT: SUCH AS JUST POKING FUN BUT NOT ACTUALY BULLYING) rather than full on physical and verbal abuse I understand. But I have never EVER seen or heard of someone beating up their crush because they want to deny their feelings.
