The next morning, I woke up to my phone ringing. It was Peyton.

"Hey Peyton."

"Hey Sabrina I just wanted to apologize for acting up yesterday."

"It's okay Peyton. I can never stay mad at you."

"Thank you. Also I'm really bummed you didn't choose me, but I hope your happy. Are you happy?"

"Yes, Peyton. And I'm not do I have your shoulder to cry on?"

"Always."

"Always?"

"Always."

I smile and hang up the call, only to be called by Connor.

"Hey Connor."

"Hey babe."

"Connor, I told you we can only be friends!"

"I know. I just haven't come to realization yet, I guess."

"Okay well call me when you do."

With that I hang up the phone and lay back down only to start thinking again.

Did I make the right choice?

Is this a good final option?

Am I satisfied?

-flashback-

"Fine. You want me to choose? I chose. And I chose neither of you."

They stared at me with blank faces.

"You two are acting insane right now! I just need some time from both of you."

Peyton finally spoke up.

"Can we still stay friends?"

"Yes, Peyton. Always."

Then Connor spoke. "What about us?"

"Friends."

I walk away, leaving them in the park with no one but themselves. Then I see Corey.

I walk up to him and see he's been crying, so I sit on the bench and put my head in his neck.

"What happened, Cor?"

"I told Rowan how I felt."

I sit up and look at him in the eye.

"She said she doesn't feel the same way, and she never will."

My mouth drops. That does not sound like something she'd say.

"What happened to you?"

"Peyton and Connor. They wanted me to choose. I didn't choose either of them, and now I feel like I've done the wrong thing."

He scoots in closer and holds me close.

"We both had our hearts broken today."

I struggle to form a smile. "Yeah."

"So would you rather go back and talk to them, or hang out with me?"

"Are you making me choose?"

"I am."

We sit in plain silence for a little while. "Movie?"

He smiles. Sure.

After the movie, we walk over to Starbucks, order our drinks, and sit in a corner booth.

"Are you kidding me?"

"What?" I say laughing.

"Oh I'll order an Ariana Grande Vanilla Bean Frapuccino, hold the Frap, Extra Chino, Light Avocado, No Whip, Extra Cinn-, hold the -Amon."

By the time he finishes talking, I'm already laughing so hard to where I can't breathe.

•••

Me and Corey are hanging out at my house and we are about to watch a movie.

"See Sabrina, hanging out with friends is so much better than choosing between two guys."

I smile, "Surprisingly, yeah."

"If you were with Connor or Peyton, they'd be like," he clears his throat, "I'm so glad you chose me over him."

I smile

"I love that smile. And I love you."

"Your the best."

I turn around and give him a hug and we walk over to my couch and turn on a movie.

"I'm glad I chose you too."

"Hey, your playing along!"

I laugh. "What movie do you want to watch?"

No answer.

"Corey?"

I turn to see Corey with his head to the side, sleeping. I giggle, and walk upstairs, and fall asleep.

-flashback over-

"Sabrina?"

I quickly turn to see Corey in the doorway.

"Hey Cor."

"I just woke up and I wanted to say thanks for letting me stay on your couch."

I giggle. "No problem, Cor."

Did I make the right choice? Yes.

Is this a good option? Yes.

Am I satisfied? No.
