Tahimik lang kaming nakaupo ni Alex sa couch.

I'm too busy playing candy crush on my iPhone when suddenly Alex wrapped his arm around my shoulders.

I looked up at him, frowning.

"Stop playing that darn game." He said, looking annoyed at my iPhone.

"What crawled up your butt and died." I answered, raising my eyebrow before I resumed my business.

I kept ignoring him kahit sa kaloob looban ko gusto ko ng humagalpak ng tawa sa ginagawa nitong paglabi at pag simangot.

Darn, he's so adorable.

"Angelica." He gasped and looked at me, sternly.

"What?" Balewala kong tanong dito ng hindi to tinitignan.

Patuloy lang ako sa paglalaro ng candy crush kahit na wala naman sa nilalaro ko yung atensyon ko kung hindi na kay Alex.

Pero muntikan ko ng mabitawan yung iPhone ko ng basta nalang ako nitong itinayo mula sa pagkakaupo ko sa couch. "Hey."

"It's your fault. Kanina mo pa ako hindi pinagtutuunan ng pansin." Kunot noong sagot nito sakin habang marahan akong tinutulak para ihakbang ko yung mga paa ko.

Tinaasan ko lang to ng kilay ng hinila na ako nito para maglakad sa tabi nya ng hindi ako nagpatinag mula sa pagkaka tulak nito.

"Just come with me Sweetheart." He said, tugging my arm along with him.

"Where? Why?" I asked, looking at my parents na busy sa pakikipag usap sa parents nito.

Tapos na kaming mag dinner at kumakain nalang kami ng dessert dito sa sala habang nag kwe-kwentuhan.

Si Adien naman umakyat sa kwarto nito, napagod na yata sa walang humpay na pamumula ng pisngi nito dahil sa ginagawang panunukso at pang aalaska nila Mama at Mama Rose.

"We need to talk." He said as soon as we got outside the veranda.

I pulled my arm and started to distance myself from him.

Lumakad ako papunta sa pinaka balustre habang nagsa-somersault yung puso ko at nagpapawis yung mga palad ko sa kaba at anticipation?

My heart was beating so fast that I could actually hear it.

I took a deep breath and let it out slowly, trying to calm my nerves.

Sinandal ko yung buo kong katawan sa balustre habang tumitingala kay Alex ng punong puno ng pag aalinlangan.

I chewed on my bottom lip, not saying anything and just kept staring at him.

A wave of confusion suddenly hits me when Alex stares at me, differently.

"Don't look at me like that." He said, groaning.

"What?" I gasped.

Ako nga yung dapat na magsabi sa kanya non, he's the one who's staring too much.

"You'll be the death of me Sweetheart." He softly said.

I raised my eyebrow at him.

He began to walk towards me.
