Blakes POV
-
I wanted to suprise Alexis because I was being a douche lately. I thought the perfect time to do this would be lunch. So I grabbed her and brought her with me to our dorm to grab some things.

"Blake, what are we doing here?" She asks, making her lip pout.

"You'll see, sunshine." I say, grabbing a blindfold off my desk. "Turn around. I'm putting this on you." I say, pulling her to me.

"Blake. Why?" She pouts.

"I said you'll see." I say.

"Alright, alright." She says, moving her hair so I can put the blindfold on. I wrap it around her head and tie it, grab the picnic basket next to my desk. I grab her wrist and carefully guide her to the most serine spot in the campus. The lake gleams with sunlight and the swans in the water float around peacefully. I grab the blanket from inside the basket and lay it on the ground, sit Lex down, and unpack everything before I remove the blindfold.

"You ready, Lex?" I ask, holding the ends of the blindfold.

"Just take the dang thing off." She says, laughing.

"Alright, alright." I say, untieing it. She looks around in awe and her eyes light up.

"You did all of this for me?" She asks, tears forming in her eyes.

"Yes. Please don't cry." I say, wiping away the tears. She looks around at what I laid out, sandwhiches, fruit, a bottle of wine, and cake for dessert.

"They're happy tears." She says, hugging me. We dig into the food and eat, even though we both just ate. She smiles at me and I smile back.

"I'm sorry I've been so crabby latley. And I have something for you." I grab a box out of my jacket and bend down. "Lex, I know I can be a jerk sometimes. Heck, I'm one most of the time. But I was wondering if you'd except this." I say, grinning.

"What?" She asks.

I grin and throw the box behind me, it was empty. I then grab a big slice of cake out of the basket and shove it in her face.

"BLAKE! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?" She yells, laughing. She grabs another piece from the basket and smashes it into my face, while she doubles over in laughter.

"Oh, now you're gonna get it!" I say, tackling her. I tickle her and she laughs and tries to push me off, but I'm too strong for her.

"Stop! Stoppp!" She wails.

"Alright, alright." I say, grinning.

She looks up at me and smiles.

"Lex? You've got cake on your lip." I say.

"I do?" She asks, bringing her hand up to her lip.

I grab her hand and move it out of the way. "I'll get it." I mumble, and I kiss her.

She tenses up and freezes, and I smile.
