Chapter One
Mrs Hudson looked around, she thought she heard a muffled scream coming from the basement. "It's my old age," she muttered, "Might as well just check on her, just in case." Mrs Hudson carried on sipping her tea for a while longer, then as she neared the end of her tea, she picked up her keys and slowly hobbled out of her flat.
She knocked on the basement door. No sound came from inside. "Are you okay in there my dear?" Still no reply. " I'm coming in, if that's alright with you?" The silence seemed to be getting stronger. Mrs Hudson fumbled with her keys and swung the door wide open, she quickly scuttled down the staircase. As she reached the bottom, she screamed as her keys fell.
