It was your first day back in Central City, and you decided to head into your once favorite coffeeshop (Jitters) before work. Just as you were about to order, a familiar voice make you turn around.
"Y/N!" Your best friend back in the days – Iris had waved you over.
"Iris!" You don't get to order, instead you get the hug you have been longing for for almost five years. When you pull out of the oh-so-comfortable hug, you see a handsome brown haired, blue behind her. Iris notice your stare and laughs. "Y/N, don't you remember Barry? You know he had the biggest crush on you for years!"
"Oh, years?" the boldness inside of you kicked in, and a smirk appeared on your face. Barry's pretty face shone with embarrassment. Good for you and your cockiness that he didn't know about your long crush on him.
