That was the longest hours I’ve ever been through. I was starting to get uncomfortable for wearing that dress for too long. Thankfully, I was able to remove the veil and I felt a little relief. A little, but not enough. I’d remind myself that it’s just for one special day. If it cheers people up to see me suffer in a dress, then I’d wear it. We were all sitting at this veranda waiting for the sun to come down. I see some people trying to set up lights for tonight, the reception. I was watching them getting to know each other a little more. It’s probably time to embarrass each other again, since there are some new additions. “So, did you guys ever see her, I don’t know, be a klutz or something?” Ariel asked in a soft voice because I could hear her quick heart beat a few feet away,

            I groaned in despair.

“What? You can be a klutz sometimes. This one time, she ran into a table for no apparent and logical reason.”

Cubbie chuckled, “Yea, this one time she literally ran into my bass.”

            I groaned louder.

“This one time she nearly got ran over by a car.” Mark added,

“Yea, I’m a klutz!” I cried, “I’m aware of that!”

“So you’re going to have to Ally-proof your place.” She pointed at Ryan,

“Says the girl who is secretly in love with Sean.” I muttered under my breath,

The eyes of Sean widened as Ariel blushed like a tomato.

            “Yea.” I smirked sinisterly,

“Is that why you chose me?” Alex pointed at himself, “Because Sean and I are partially Italian?”

“No!” Ariel shook her head vigorously, “No, that’s not true!”

“Ariel and Alex sitting on a tree!” Nate sang, “K-I-S-S-I-N-G!”

            “Ooohhh.” I burst out laughing,

“Everyone, sssshhh!” Riley was looking down at her phone, “Ssshhh, it’s Sam!”

            “Who’s Sam?” Pontius whispered,

            “Riley’s sister.” I whispered back,

“Are Marty and Willy going to be here too, mommy?” Stella asked,

“Of course they are, sweetie.” She smiled sweetly,

            “Who are they?” Jane asked,

            “They’re my cousins.”

“Daddy, do I have cousins too?”

Pontius pointed at Nate, Austin, and Daisy. “Aren’t they your cousins?”

“Well, Sam and her kids are going to be a little late.”

            “That’s okay.”

“Wait, we’re cousins?” Nate scrunched up his nose in confusion,

“Sort of.” Cubbie answered, “Not lawfully and by blood.”

            “What’s lawfully?”
