Logan's POV
Ugh, i knew it. Its a fake smile from her. She doesnt look very happy when i say 'hang out as a friend' i screwed up enough. I have to make it up for her, well tonight is my chance.
I grab some of my notebook from locker and heading to science class. Apparently Jack have the same class as i am. He's seem nice but ignorant, but oh well he's talking to me last time i check so maybe i will sit beside him again because i literally don't know anyone else in science class
When i arrive to the science class, i spot him on the back of the seat row. Well, i have no problem with it. I sit beside him and throwing a little smile at him and a glance.
And then he said
"Hey Lerman"
"Yes?" I look at him
"You seem pretty close with Selena" he ask me
"Ah, yeah. She's my first friend in this school. Soo-" he cut me off before i finish talking
"So back off, I'm trying to date her" he said looking pissed off
"Trying? So you've been trying? She's definitely not interested with you dude, i've been try effortlessly to make a move and she's like me helplessly so. How about YOU back off"
i said with a lot of confident, i don't even know where all this confident is coming from but hell i'm scared he'll beat me up
"Say that again you fuckin-"
"Is there any problem back there Mr.Willit?" Mrs.Holliday cutting him off and he grab all of his stuff and stand up
"No Mrs.Holliday"
he says walk away and sit in the middle of 3rd row, about 2 row away from me.
Good, i don't need unnecessary distraction right now. But i still confuse, where did all my confident came from when Jack told me to back off? I mean, its not like I'm interested with Selena? I make the point clear to my own self. I only want to be friend, even though i gotta admit i have this little tiny very tiny crush on her. But that shouldn't be a problem because there is no way me and her happening, i mean. As a couple

Lunch bell finally ringing, I'm so tired and hungry at the same time. But it think i need to catch up with Selena asap. So i walk through the cafeteria i found her sitting on the table alone, she seems lost in her own thought. There's no Lily beside her, this is the great time to talk to her isn't it? When I'm about to walk there's a blonde haired guy with a quite fit body sitting next to Selena, I'm not close enough to hear their conversation but they seem so close to each other well, i don't want to bother their conversation so i just walk away
But when i about to walk away he kissed Selena on her cheek? What the hell i just see? What. The. Hell. And Selena is only laugh and push him and then in the matter of second the guy walking away and leaving Selena with her own world left alone again.
I don't want to make a point in here because i need an explanation. I need to know first, its not like I'm jealous, I'm just.... Curious, i guess.. And i take the guts and i walk to Selena's table
"Hi..." I said to her awkwardly
"Oh hey Logan" Selena replied and snap out of her day dreaming
"Soo, how's your class?" I ask her searching for her eyes, but it seems she doesn't want to look at me
"It's been.. Fine.. I guess, you?" Selena answer simply while glancing to other way
"Weird, i will tell you the complete story about that when we hang out tonight" i answer her excitedly
