Animus Dungeon has been going on for a while. While this new book is the start of Arc 3, the first two arcs didn't really have too important plots. They were mostly preparation for this story's main thing, which is the dungeon. The first two arcs tells us of when Rob had to face the tragedy. His entire tribe was massacred by a group of humans. With only frustration and anger in his mind, he decided to become stronger and eventually create a dungeon. A place to cause trouble for humans... a new home to replace his original home.
Rob became stronger, he trained, gathered resources, and studied a lot of things. Eventually, he gained some allies to start off his dungeon. I admit that the first two arcs went a little overboard in length, despite being preparation arcs. But, I hope you continue to read Animus Dungeon as we are just starting a new arc where Rob starts off his dungeon.
