Cheers erupted through the stadium as the crowd of onlookers peered down at the teams in the middle of the Quidditch Pitch.

Your team held their brooms on their shoulders with ease, as they stared straight ahead awaiting the other teams arrival.

You had found out the last challenge would be a Quidditch Match the month after Shadow was murdered. However, the twist to this Quidditch Match, wands were allowed, as were potions.

Draco had spent months preparing many potions that would heal injuries, and helping train the first, second, and third years in how to fly properly and the rules of Quidditch.

You had trained all your students on combat, both magical and physical while they were aloft on a broom.

Now was the time to test your teams strength. After they had heard what happened to Shadow, they were more than determined, their minds were set straight for the tournament and being the best.

Everyone on Draco and your team took their seat in the Quidditch stands. The first two teams to play were the Russians and the Canadians.

Although you wanted to be the team to beat them, you couldn’t help but feel amused, after all, Lily is Russian, and how this would play out would be extremely interesting.

They were off, the Quaffle was in the air, along with the Bludgers. No one had seen the Snitch yet, but that was to be expected. It was just the start of the match after all.

Spells were flying through the air, barely missing the crowds of onlookers as they whizzed by.

Tom was playing a Beater, a fitting position for him. While Lily was playing Keeper.

You found it odd Lily was playing Keeper, she was more of the Chaser or Beater type, the kind that likes to be right in your face, shoving you off your broom, not the Keeper, who hangs back and defends the hoops. You couldn’t help but feel something was going on.

More spells shot through the air as the first Canadian student was dismounted from their broom.

"With a quick levitation charm from their Defence Against the Dark Arts Professor, the Canadian’s other Beater has been brought back to their broom.” the announcers voice boomed over the crowds, causing a flock of small birds to take leave from their homes in the nearby tree’s.

“The Russian’s score!” came another booming declaration as groans mixed with the sound of cheers.

Feliks, the one who scored, did a lap around the pitch, with his fist pumping in the air. He came off as an arrogant git who was self-absorbed, but that would prove rather useful if your team had to face off against him later.

The Canadian team re-grouped momentarily to discuss a new strategy, and within seconds after re-grouping, they dispersed once more, what seemed to be their youngest student, carrying the Quaffle.

She dodged spells that were flying at her, rather easily, and avoided Bludgers and larger members of the Russian team just as effortlessly. Smart on Tom, and even though you’d hate to admit it, Lily, to make her a chaser. She sped towards her opponents goal post and threw the Quaffle as hard as she could, sending it through the middle hoop.

Loud cheers erupted in the stands, as the score changed to even the two teams out.

“It seems the Canadian teams Seeker has spotted the Snitch!” the announcer pointed out, making everyone’s eyes shoot towards the Seeker who was now diving towards the ground at an alarming speed.

Members of the Russian team aimed their wands at him and started uttering spells to make the young seeker fall off their broom. The Russian Seeker was much bigger than the Canadian Seeker, but was just as quick and agile as any other Seeker. This was proven when she dodged a Bludger that was aiming for her stomach, by sliding over the edge of her broom, and flipping back onto it feet first, on the other side in mid dive.
