I sit at the police station after giving my statement. I told them EVERYTHING.
"Okay miss. He has been arrested and will have a hearing Saturday." A police officer told me. "Thanks," I sighed out. I grabbed my stuff and left.
I call Josh to come get me.
"So....are you okay?" He questioned once I was inside the car and we had pulled out of the parking lot. "I will be." I spoke sheepishly.
We pulled up in front of my house and I exited. Once I got out of the car Alex came running towards me. BANG! He falls to his knees blood oozing out from his wound. Josh comes running as I turn towards him. BANG! He drops to the ground. I then turn to my left staring down the end of a gun barrel. The sound echos. I drop down life leaving my body. All I ever wanted was someone to love me. And someone did. But it ended in tragedy.

Author's note: the book has come to an end. A short but sweet chapter. I will be writing another one called promised. And another called the beauty in her mistakes.
