Lake mermaids, sometimes known as Freshwater mermaids, live in freshwater and are built for chamouflage and sometimes live partially on land.

Arctic Mermaids

Arctic mermaids, sometimes known as Ice mermaids, live in cold waters and are built for survival and polar temperatures.
