Andy's P.O.V.
The rest of my band. Fuck. I completely forgot about practice today. At my house.
I was totally unprepared, but of course I let them in anyway, after making them promise to be quiet, and that I have something to show them. CC is basically jumping up and down when I go upstairs to get Ashley. I stop at my door to find him already awake, and wondering where I went. He notices me standing in the door way. I ask him to come back downstairs with me, making a mental note to take him shopping. He obliges, and follows me, as soon as CC sees my little neko, he's running towards us, making Ashley stop and start to turn around, I motion for CC to stop. Too late, as he's yelling "KITTY!!!!!"Ashley stops and looks at me, fear evident in his eyes. I quickly tell CC to shut the fuck up, and he does, realizing he was scaring Ashley.
Jinxx approaches slowly, and asks Ashley what his name is, I jump in and tell him, and Cake, "Guys, this is my neko, I shall call him Ashley, and he Shall be mine. He also can't talk" Jinxx only says, "Well, at least he has good home now." he knows Ashley can in fact Talk, he chooses not to because of his previous owners. Ashley starts to fidget, and I tell him the names of the men standing in my living room. "Ashley, this is Jinxx, Jake, and CC." pointing to each of them in turn, then upon realizing he doesn't know my name, I add "And I'm Andy." Ashley slowly nods, and I turn to the guys, "Are you guys ready for practice, cause I'm not!" They all say, "Yep!" Then Jake thinks of something I wouldn't, and asks, "Hey, Ashley, do you wanna watch us, and maybe try a guitar, or CC's drums?" I notice Ashley's eyes light up, when Jake asks about trying an instrument. He nods enthusiastically. We head up to my music room, which is about the size of a two-car garage. Once there, Ashley picks up the bass, and his previous owners must've let him learn, because he was playing better than I had been. He was still a bit out of tune, but he had the general idea. Then, as if he realizes that we're all standing there, he stops, and looks up from his fingers, expectant. Jinxx, Jake, and CC, all pick up their instrument, or in CC's case, sits behind it. I pick up the mic, and start singing,

as we finished the song, we realized Ashley hadn't faltered on the bass at all.He had played, perfectly matching the other guitars, drums, and even my voice.
