Rhian’s POV

“oh Diane, asan na daw si Sarah?”

I asked Diane while I double checked my documents for our completion

“sabi papunta na daw ii.. kanina pa yun aa!!”

She replied as she grabbed her folder and started cooling herself with it

“tawagan mo na kaya…”

I suggested and she immediately took her phone but before she could press the call button, we saw Sarah and Ric approaching

“oh, anong nangyari??”

“ou nga! Ang aga-aga mukha kang wasted!”

She looked drained ..

“ii kasi si Vince ii.. aalis daw sila ng mommy niya for a month.. kaya sinundo ako kagabi sa bahay and we went out..ii umaga na kami nakauwi ..kaya ito…walang tulog!”

“sus!akala ko naman kung ano, san daw punta?”

“hmmmm.. hindi sinabi ii.. ewan ko nga! Patang nag weird niya kagabi,, he kept on telling me that he loves me so much and no matter what happen, he’ll still love me.. Meron pa ngang.. patawarin mo ako if I’ve been a coward..mahal kita!! At mahal ko din si mommy.. Ang weird talaga but seems like he want to keep it for himself so di ko na tinanong pa.”

I saw Ric’s eyebrow twisted

“hayyy naku Ric, wag ka ng magtakaga! Magulo talaga ang love story ng dalawang yan!”

“ou nga! Sanayan lang yan!!”

As I finished my line, the OPSC’s door swung open revealing the chairman’s desk and his personal computer,, Tsk! Tsk! Doing facebook during office hours? My dad needs to know this!

“pasok na po kayo ma’am!”

His secretary told us while she stood at he door giving us a very welcoming smile. I like her!! She’ll get promoted *wink*

“ok kayo pala yan Ms. Saavedra!”

He immediately clicked the close tab button to hide what he’s doing.. too late dude! I saw it already!!

“oh yes! We’re here for our completion!!”

He took our folders and called his secretary to take care of our documents and process it ASAP!! Tsk! Tsk!

“congratulations nga pala sayo Ms. Hidalgo! Pasok po kayo sa list of students with high honors!!”

“woah! Congrats girl!!”—Sarah

“ang galing mo talaga!”

“and you too Mr. Vellutini..”

“woah! Ang cool!”

Until we got out of the office, Diane is still speechless

“oh c’mon Diane, that was expected!”

I said, I never really doubted her intelligence and dedication to her studies

“so, this calls for a celebration!!” – Ric

“ou nga! Game ako jan!” – Ako

“aaaaahhh… pass muna ako jan guys. I really need to get some sleep you know…”--- Sarah

“aammm… may lakad din kami ni Brandonii.. I promised him a date remember?”

Uh-oh!! Ric looked at me smiling

“hmmmm… seems like, it’s only the two of us available..”

“aaammm..err…”

Patay na! nag-game kasi ako agad ii..

“oh, don’t worry.. sa bahay lang tayo.. andun naman si Thia ii..”

“aaammm.. okay.. pero, pwede bang tawagan ko muna si Bryan.. para amm.. alam mo na..makasama siya sa’tin..??”

“sure!”

I took my phone and dialed Bryan’s number. When I heard Bryan answered on the other line, I went to a bench a few meters away from them,

“ano? Sama ka ba?”

I asked him after telling him the condition

(naku Rhian,, Hindi ako pwede ngayon ii.. may special project kasi ako ..due date tomorrow para sa isang minor subject ko..)

“ganun ba?”

(pasensiya na talaga aa..)

“hindi..sige! ok lang!”

I ended the call and went back to where Diane, Sarah and Ric are..

We saw Brandon craned his neck out of the car as he waved to us. He stopped in front of us

“ready?”

He asked Diane as he flashed his most cheerful smile

“ikaw Sarah? Pano ka uuwi?”

Diane asked

“wala ka bang sundo?” – Brandon
