"Darren man, Why do you always look so emotionless?" My friends joked, "Your literally never mad or anything, you just have that look all the time."
Darren didn't smile or laugh it off like any other would. He didn't because it was true. His face never changed, his face was just plain, numb looking.
It's an accurate face for what he feels.
He's numb; neither happy nor sad, excited or bored, he's nothing.
His once bright blue eyes are now a dull shade of grey and his once amazing personality has been replaced with this shell of his former self.
His feelings have been diminished by a numbness
But feeling numb is the worst feeling of all...
