I scoff and walk down the hallway. My feet faulter and I almost fall. I use the wall as a crutch and make my way back to my apartment.
Tobias sits on the bed, his head in his hands. His arms are tense and I sober up immediatley.
"Tris." He says curtly. "How could you?"
"I-I'm sorry, I just. I'm really drunk and drunk people make stupid mistakes! You should know this! You thought you were melting my hair!" For being drunk, my memory is suprisingly good.
"But I didn't cheat on you! How can I possibly forget this happened? You cheated on me! It's my nightmare in reality! God! I wish this was a dream..." He says, finally looking up at me. He's shed no tears, but his face is red with anger. "I'm going to kill him." He declares.
"No! Tobias! No! You can't! He didn't mean anything by it, neither did I!" I grasp onto his arm. He sighs loudly and sits back down.
"C-can you forgive me?" I ask. If he says no, I don't know what I'll do.
"I don't know, Tris." He licks his lips. "I have to think about it." I nod, my eyes burn. "I...I'll see you later." He whispers, standing up. "I just need some time." He walks out.
