Wal-Mart Zombies (4) - Waking Up

Chapter 4

Walking up was not that hard, the hard part was knowing that nothing will ever be the same, Everything I knew was gone. The weirdest part was waking up to a giant sign that read  * BEDS AND BEDDING*  and in small print it said Wal-Mart. I had to laugh at that, I mean come on its Wal-Mart! this is the place the stupid people who die first go.

"Your awake.." Gabe said looking down at me.

He was sitting on the bed beside me. Natalie's head appeared and she smiled as she rushed over to me.

"OH THANK GOD" she screamed jumping on the the bed. "I thought you were...."

"Shut up, Natalie.." Gabe said looking at her.

"I'm sorry, Gabe.. I didn't mean to upset you." she said looking at me then Gabe.

I reached out to touch Gabe's face but he moved away from me. I layed there and watched him get up and leave. I tried to tell him to stop, but I couldn't talk. Natalie grabbed my hand. She looked at me and her eyes said that he was just upset about me being hurt. But I knew it was something more.

"Could you help me out?"

Natalie smiled and grabbed my hand and helped me sit up. She removed the blanket that was covering me. I looked at my side and saw blood staining my shirt. She lifted me up so I was on my feet. The floor was cold under me. Natalie helped me to keep my balance as she lead me through a bunch of allies until I was face to face with a group of 3 people who weren't there when I passed out at Gabe's house and one of them was a beautiful girl with long black hair, green eyes, and a perfect face. She made me look like a cows butt. Of course Gabe was next to her making her giggle. Natalie cleared her throat and that made everyone look in her direction. Gabe walked over to me and kissed my cheek. I felt like i wanted to slap him and kiss him all at the same time. 

"Everyone this is Tess" he said smiling down at me.

"Tess, this is Andrew" he said pointing to the short, light haired Hazel eyed boy staring at me."This is Tori" he said smiling at  the abnormally pretty girl. "And this is Jason" he said pointing to a tall, tan skinned, dark haired boy with grey eyes.

"Hi" they all say waving a little at me.

I did my best to smile at them but it was weird see this people I didn't know looking at me like they have known me for years. Gabe walked away from me and headed back towards Tori. I could feel my heart breaking. It was as if I was his play toy and he throw me away for something better.

"He has been by her side ever since we arrived here." Natalie said looking at me with apologetic eyes.

"AH!" i screamed as the pain in my side grew harder to bare.

I dug my nails into Natalie's arm. Gabe rushed over to me and took me into his arms. I screamed as he lifted me. The pain was terrible, it felt like I was on fire. I looked up at Gabe and saw him looking down at me with eyes full of worry. I grab ahold of his shirt and buried my face into his chest to muffle my screams of pain. I wrapped my arms tight around his neck. I felt myself being layed down on a soft surface. I opened my eyes and saw Gabe walking away from me.

"Really.."  I said softly

He looked back at me theneturned away and kept walking.

"Gabe!" I yelled.

"What?" he said, I couldn't see him.

"I can not believe your acting this way toward me. I have loved you for years why are you treating me like I'm nothing to you.." I said holding back the tears

"Tess, you mean everything to me..."he said as he came back into my view.

He walked over to me and sat on the bed next to me. He placed his hand on my cheek and  kissed me.

"I love you okay! Don't ever forget that! "he said kissing me all over my face.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and hugged him long and hard.

"Tess you shouldn't be moving that much until your fully healed." He said looking at me

At this point I did not care. It was what I wanted to hear him say to me. How much I meant to him, how he loved me. It made me forget about the pain for a second and let me focus on Gabe.

"Right now the pain is the last thing on my mind, trust me." I said right before I kissed him.

Tori's P.O.V

"What's with Tess..I mean  she acting like a little baby..." I scoffed

"She had an accident, so stop being a bitch!" Natalie yelled coming toward me with balled fists.

She was close enough to hit me until Kendell grabbed her and pulled her to him.

"Don't!' he said placing a hand on her face.

"UGH!"

They were boring me with their pity for a girl who just wanted attention. I was about to head to the Junior clothes when I heard giggling coming for the bed area. I rushed over there only to see Gabe kissing Tess' neck. I watched as she giggled and started to kiss him. I wanted to puke. Gabe should be doing that me not to some white trash whore. I groaned and headed towards the front of the store where the bath stuff was. I grabbed a brush and pulled it thought my hair. As I turned around I saw a small group of maybe 4 or 5 zombies crowding around the back exit doors.  I panicked and ran screaming my lunges out. I heard the glass shatter and loud moans echo off the wall. I ran into the bedding department.

"Gabe zom..." I was shocked.

Gabe was half naked and Tess was only in her underwear and shirt. I turned around quickly. I didn't want to see him like that with...her.I turned around and came face to face with an undead Young girl. She had blood dripping from her mouth and a giant hunk of her neck was missing. I tired to scream but nothing came out. A moan erupted from the girls mouth as she wrapped her hands around my neck and tried biting at me.

I am so happy with how much attention this book is getting. It means a lot to me because I love written this book. But I am sorry the new chapter took so long I have been busy. But I hope you like the new Chapter :DD

Tell me how you like Tori? I personally don't like her but I love written in her POV its really fun!
