Detective Marsh glared at them but gestured for them to sit.

"Now then, why don't we get this over with?" Promise asked, her sunglasses preventing Marsh from seeing her pure white eyes, but Cassidy knew she was irritated.

Give the guy a break, Cassidy shot her a look.

What for? Promise shot back.

Cassidy's lips twitched and Marsh was looking at him.

"Something funny?" He asked.

"Not a thing," Cassidy said deadpanned.

Detective Marsh grunted.

Promise grinned.

"Look, Marsh, I don't like you," Promise abruptly stood up.

"Take the sunglasses off," Marsh ordered. They were unnerving him.

"No," Promises lips flattened.

"Yes. Unless you're hiding something?" He asked sharply.

"Just my eyes," Promise said glaring at him.

"Please take them off," He insisted.

Promise slid a look to her sister and Butch and Cassidy.

Cassidy nodded at her.

"Do you really want me too? Really?" She asked making Marsh nervous.

He nodded once.

"If you insist," Promise slowly took off her sunglasses staring at Marsh.

He gasped going pale.

Her eyes were half white and half red.

Cassidy whistled.

"That's a new one," He announced, fascinated.

Promise put her glasses back on and smiled, her eyes returning to normal.

Marsh had sunk to his chair staring at her.

"I told you, but you didn't want to listen," Promise gave a short laugh.

They piled out of the room and went back to the men's office.

Kelly was smiling slightly.

"We need to start studying the cases," Butch said and they all nodded.

They set everything up and began posting things, looking at maps, looking at pictures and finally putting everything together.

"He's making an H," Promise sat back stunned.

The other three were equally stunned.

"Why?" Kelly whispered.

Three murders in the same line, three across, one beginning down the other line.

"For our name? HardStone?" Promise suggested breaking the silence.

Butch and Cassidy looked at each other.

"Do you think he's trying to spell your last name?" Butch asked.

Both girls went pale at the thought.

"That's a lot of deaths," Kelly said shocked.

"But why? What's the point?" Promise asked.

"Do you think the other agents know about this?" Cassidy asked.

"Maybe. Maybe not. If there just concentrating on trying to find Rob Miller in some isolated place it's possible they have no clue," Kelly pointed out.
