Chapter 6

-Alexander’s point of view-

It had been a month since our kiss, I missed her like crazy but I had to go on a business trip. I have to ask her to go out with me; I really like her, more than I’ve liked any girl before. Ugh I hate how she makes me feel but I love it at the same time… I sound like a girl now. I couldn’t wait to get back home have a nice shower then go over to her apartment.

 The kiss was earth shattering, gravity defying and just pure bliss… I couldn’t wait to look into her beautiful hazel-green eyes again. Gosh, everything about her was simply amazing. Her soft pink lips were to die for, but her eyes… they were the most beautiful things on the planet; I really couldn’t wait to see her…

‘Sir, the plane will be landing soon please put on your safety belt and please turn off any electrical appliances you have on. Thank you’

‘Yeah, thanks..’ that air hostess has been hitting on me ever since I entered the plane, she offered to put on my safety belt when I first came in, I told her that it wouldn’t be necessary. And she walked away, probably to think of other ways to seduce me…

The only girl on my mind at the moment was Rebecca, she was everything that I wanted, and I could see it now. I was starting to fall in love with her… and quickly as well.

The plane landed smoothly and I got out, I was eager to see Rebecca and I couldn’t help how fast I was walking. I finally reached the car that Collin had kindly hired to take me home and once I was inside I gave the driver orders to take me straight to Rebecca’s place and take my luggage back to my house.

It felt like the driver was purposefully driving slowly and he was prolonging the amount of time before I saw her. Thankfully we had gotten there, I said thank you and left the car I ran up to the building and I went to wait at the elevator. There were two women who were whispering behind me and giggling every once in a while and I turned to look at them and they blushed furiously, I winked and gave them a charming smile which made them blush even more the elevator came and I entered it. They didn’t go in with me because they were too embarrassed to.

I reached her floor and I basically ran to her door. Apartment 14. I rang the bell and waited a few seconds, it was a Saturday so she was probably going to be at home…

She opened the door and looked up at me, her beautiful eyes were shining, she looked so beautiful, I couldn’t help myself, I kissed her immediately wanting to feel close to her.

 I went in slowly bringing my head closer to hers; she couldn’t wait so she brought her head towards mine faster… I pecked her on the lips at first then I continued to kiss her gently, after a while I gently ran the tip of my tongue over her lower lip a few times, she got the message and opened her mouth.

 I massaged her tongue lightly at first then the kiss got heavier… she was battling for dominance and it was a turn on, but I won her and she surrendered, she moaned loudly in the back of her throat, my hands had wound around her slender waist and she had her hands around my neck and was playing with the hairs on the nape of my neck.

 I pulled back for air and I placed my forehead on hers. I opened my eyes to look at her face. Her eyes were closed and her cheeks were flushed, she was breathing heavily and her lips were swollen, but she still looked like an angel. She opened her eyes slowly to catch me staring at her, I was grinning at her and she blushed furiously and averted her eyes away from me quickly.

I couldn’t help but chuckle at her. I brought her in for a hug and I felt so good, I was happy, the happiest I’d been since my father’s death and I knew it was all because of her. We pulled back and entered her apartment…

‘I missed you while I was away…’ she scoffed at me, which was fine, she was the sarcastic type, I liked that about her, I liked everything about her…

‘Oh yeah, prove it then…’

‘I just did, didn’t I?’ she was looking at me with a glint of amusement in her eyes. I found it really cute. ‘I just came back from London, the first thing I did when I got here was to come see you…’

She blushed at that but she didn’t give up. ‘for all I know you could have gone home, had a shower, eaten, slept a bit and then come here, all I’ve ever seen you in are suits…’ she had a point there…

‘Don’t forget that you have seen me shirtless as well. The point is I’ve really missed you…’ at that moment my phone decided to ring.

‘Alexander Jackson here’ I was looking at her, she still had a blush on her face, she was so beautiful…

‘Xander where the hell are you man? What happened to you? your stuff are here but where the hell are you? I would have expected you to be sleeping especially since you’ve just come back from a business trip…’

‘Whoa, calm down man, I’m with Rebecca. What’s the problem? I am really busy right now...’

‘You’re with Rebecca? He’s with Rebecca. Oh well… uh sorry to disturb you… uh I didn’t know that you made it first priority to see her after your trip, don’t worry it’s all good. Uh…call me when you’re done. Bye…’

‘Yeah bye…’ I looked at Rebecca to see that she was in that same sleeping gown again. She was making coffee in her small but cosy kitchen and she looked so beautiful… I went to wrap my arms around her from behind and I placed my chin on her head, she relaxed at my touch and gave out a very inaudible sigh of content.

‘So you really just got back huh?’ she asked me. I could tell she was a little embarrassed by the fact that she didn’t believe me.

‘Yeah… I told you that I came to see you first.’ She turned around in my arms to look at me, she was still blushing and she had a small smile on her face, her eyes were a bit glossy like she wanted to cry

‘No one has ever done that for me before…’ a tear had escaped her eye, I wiped it away with my thumb and I cupped her cheeks with my hands I rested my forehead on hers before going in for another kiss.

I kissed her softly and gently wanting her to know that I’d always be there for her. I pulled back slowly and looked into her eyes. ‘Well get used to it, because it’s going to happen more often now…’

She looked happier when I said it and a few more tears escaped her eyes and she hugged me tightly…

‘Thank you…’ was all she said.

‘Rebecca, will you go out with me?’ she looked so shocked that I suddenly felt nervous. ‘You don’t have to if y-you don’t want t-’ she placed a finger on my lips effectively silencing me.

‘I’d love to Xander…’ I couldn’t help but smile…
