Chapter 7

Cristian P.O.V

My hands gripped the steering wheel. Knuckles turning white, my teeth bared. I could feel my wolf surfacing wanting our mate to submit and respect us. I'd punish her if thats what it took for her to submit to me and accept the mate bond that has begun to form and connect between us and well as our wolves.

The air was tense within the car that someone could slice it with a Sharp knife.

My wolf was clawing and pushing in my mind and body to gain control to make sure our mate is punished for being disrespectful towards us. I couldn't let that happen knowing what his real intentions were so I unbuckled my belt and  through gritted, Clenched and bared teeth I said

"Get out of the fucking car. Now Ava."

She fumbled with the seat belt and got out gradually, her head hung looking towards the gravelled floor where we stopped on the side of the road . I walked up to her small frame almost towering her body, she seemed to know what she said was unacceptable and disrespectful towards me and my wolf knowing full well it cause him to try take over my body.

I gripped her chin firmly and tried to make eye contact but her eyes were still diverted to the ground.

I sighed.

"You know not to disrespect me for one i am your alpha and the king and two I'm also your mate and your wanted to be treated as my equal but you haven't exactly been treating me the same by saying what you said in the car as well as previous talks we've had."I paused

Her eyes looked up at me, glaring straight at me as though she was going debating whether to say something or not, a mental battle in her mind but her mouth never moved.

"Your my Luna and my beloved mate and you will be treated with respect and love but only if you treat me the same way. All I'm asking is respect, obey and rule by my side and you'll be treated as a Luna should be." I said in a dominating tone

" sorry" she mumbled

Looking up at me her eyes showed defeat, repentant and inconsolableness and my wolf and I were calm that she submitted to us both and stood down. I let her go of her chin to lean in for a kiss and she also leaned in to until...

" hey-y guys?" Damien said awkwardly

We both looked at him.

"sorry to interrupt your lil cute moment but me and my belly need to be fed so is it okay if we carry on driving and get something to eat before I waste away into nothing?" Damien said with a goofy grin on his face

Ava giggled at his stupidity while I just chuckled and I got back into the drivers seat buckled my belt up and looked at in rear view mirror to see Ava thinking something over.

"She'll probably tell us later also her wolf is unease I can feel it." My wolf said dis-hearted.

Hope so.

Ava's P.O.V

My mind pondered by what he said, constantly repeating in my head hearing his voice those words made me question. what if?

Like what if what he said was true about me not treating him as my equal?

Hmmm.

"Well you did run from him TWICE if I may add Ava, also you've repulsed him and sorta rejected him and refused to accept the mate bond that you as a human and me as a wolf have begun to feel...also yelled at him for asking a simple question and he's been dealing with your sassy arse since he arrived sooo...."She paused

Oh here we go a therapist inside my mind you are totally the next Dr Jekyll and I'm Mr Hyde.

"Plus you thought he was rejecting you but you was rejecting him because Ava you think you might not of done but your actions and your tone of voice showed me otherwise when all he did was try claim you, love you and take care of you ."
