Hey! Scorch here! Now, a lot of therians have stressful days when they feel trapped. Here are some things you can do to calm down.
-go outside and make animal noises
-draw your theriotype
-listen to therian music on YouTube
-play with a chew toy
-roll around on the floor and act like a pup/kit/foal/ext.
-(four legged therians) jump around on all fours
-look at pictures of your theriotype
-eat like your theriotype
-just eat in general
-gnaw on inanimate objects
-go for a walk
-sleep
-meditate
-pile up some pillows and jump over them (works best for four legged only!)
-play with your pet
-do some crafts
-read/write
-listen to your 'type's noises
-watch a documentary, preferably about animals
