This part was meant to be longer but my blummin boyfriend came back early from the gym and I know he will hog the PC now so I'm posting this quick....

School was....

Well as Faye and I had predicted it was pretty damn awkward.

Ricky dropped me to school as normal but when I went outside (with my fingers crossed he would be there waiting) Rhea was sat in the passenger seat. I felt a pang of sadness because I could tell from the way that Ricky was avoiding looking at me that he'd made Rhea sit where I would usually be sat. Rhea shot me a guilty smile but I gave her a friendly smile back to let her know it was fine.

The drive to school was silent except for Rheas incessant talking. I could now tell you every single thing her and Lewis had done that weekend. They'd gone to the mall, the cinema, for something to eat......

When we arrived I felt like every single pair of eyes was on me, watching me.

I don't know whether it's just me but when I know people are watching I suddenly feel a hundred times more clumsy; I prayed that I wouldn't drop on my face in front of the whole school - it was bad enough knowing that the buzz of chatter was more than likely about me.

"See you later" Rhea said to Ricky and I, heading in the direction of her group of friends

Ricky must of had ants in his pants or was just plain embarassed to be seen with me as he power walked ahead, joining our friends at our bench much sooner than me

When I finally reached the bench I was greeted by warm smiles from Faye, Justin and Dan. I'd expected Dan to be a tad hostile given that he'd tried to warn me and I'd ignored him - then again I wouldn't put it past Faye to of threatened him to be nice.

We had English first and boy did I feel embarassed as I entered the classroom, Melanie and her friends were already sat there and I knew they were discussing me, sure enough they looked up at me and erupted into giggles; I could feel my face going red as the rest of the class gawped at me

"Just ignore them" Faye whispered

I nodded and walked to my seat, sitting down and taking an extra long amount of time to take out my exercise book and pen.

"Luke tell them what you said, that it was like kissing a nun" Melanie cackled

Luke agreed with Melanie and their group of cronies burst into fresh fits of laughter

I felt my cheeks growing hotter, I wasn't sure it was even possible for me to go any redder without transforming into a tomato

"She was freaking out about just kissing, what a loser" Melanie continued, enjoying the fact people were hanging on her every word

I closed my eyes just wishing she would vanish

"Is that why he was begging her to meet him in the janitors closet?" snapped Faye angrily, "I know if my boyfriend was going round getting girls prettier than me to kiss him in closets and whatnot I wouldn't be bragging about it!"

The room fell silent, waiting to see how Melanie would react

I opened my eyes and saw Dan next to Faye looking both shocked and impressed with his girlfriend; Melanie on the other hand looked furious, she reminded me of a tiger ready to pounce on her prey

She opened her mouth to say something that would no doubt be vicious and nasty but she didn't get chance to say it because Mrs Kerr entered the room - even Melanies not stupid enough to get on her bad side
