Panic increases
Worthless
Stupid
Failure
The darkness refuses to leave
And you break
They want to help
But you don't want it
Pathetic
Dramatic
Ugly
Because you believe you deserve it
Because it's all you know
The panic tightens
And you can't relax
And the tears fall
Silently
Softly
Slowly
Because that's what you do
You cry quietly to avoid the words that follow
But those times the loud cries escape
You are alone
Because that's all you know, and what you do
