Without question, the most common request I get from readers is a sample script, for them to learn the process of writing for comics. I present the script below for a short story in a really wonderful science fiction anthology for VertigoComics.
What's interesting here is that the actual concepts of the story are very complex, but the presentation is meant to be as charming and simple as possible, so that the impact is greater. I am very proud of this short story.
Every writer has a different format for their comic script, there is no industry standard. Don't feel you have to follow this format if you have a different preference.
