Chapter 7

Zack's POV

~Wednesday~

I bite my lower lip a bit hesitant about getting snake bites, then someone comes up behind me, kisses my right cheek, then i look to my right as the person kisses my left cheek and goes in front of me kissing my lips gently. I look at the person, see that it's Andy, and kiss her lips back softly. She smiles "ready?" she asks

I slightly shake my head "It might hurt...a lot"

She kisses my lips gently once more "it won't hurt a lot, but it will hurt just a bit" I say as he nods and smiles

"Okay, my moms waiting in the car, you sit in the front, I'll sit in the back" I say, taking her hand and she flinches a bit, then I look at her and she pulls her and away.

"Let's um....let's go"she says as I nod and start walking to my moms truck while Andy follows.

I open the door for her. Once she gets in I close her door and get in the back. "So this is Andy? The girl you're in love with" my mom says as I blush a bit

"Mom...please just stop there" I say getting a tad bit embarrassed

"What? She's really pretty" my mom says then starts driving

I couldn't make out the expression on Andy's face, all I could see that she's looking down. I pull out my phone and text her.

Me: hey, you okay?
Andy: yea, I'm fine :)
Me: you sure?
Andy: yep
Me: okay...but you do know you can tell me anything, right?
Andy: of course...you know I'm going to miss kissing your lips while they heal or whatever

I chuckle a bit and then she giggles. "What are you two laughing about?" My mom asks

"Its um...its nothing" I say then I hear Andy laugh a bit

"Oh come on...I want to be included, don't leave me out" she says as I rest my chin on Andy's shoulder looking at the road

"So, what's the place called anyways" I ask as my mom starts to laugh a bit "why are you laughing?" I ask lifting my chin from Andy's shoulder and looking at my mom.

"Okay, so the place we're going to is called house of pain" my mom says and my eyes widen

"Okay, I change my mind, no snake bites" I say as Andy looks at me

"Despite the name, that place is pretty awesome, I got my hip piercings there" I say then he nods

"Wait, you have hip piercings?!?" I asks as we arrive to the place. I get out, opening Andy's door as she nods. my mom stays in the car. We walk inside and I see people getting tattoos and such."have you gotten a tattoo before?" I whisper to Andy

She shakes her head"not yet. I'm waiting till I'm eighteen for that" she says then walks up to someone, then she comes back "okay, he's ready for you, and by he I mean Corrie" she says as I slowly make my way over to corrie and sit in the chair. Andy grabs my hand as corrie grabs the needles to do it. I look at the needles and flinch a bit. Then Andy whispers in my ear "it helps if you close your eyes and don't think about the needle" she says as I nod and close my eyes. She kisses my cheek softly as we are holding hands

Andy's POV

I kiss his cheek softly. He almost found out...I promised myself I wouldn't let him find out. Zack doesn't make a sound as he's getting the piercing, he just squeezes my hand a bit. After its done I look at him and he opens his eyes, releasing his grip on my hand but still holding it. I smile. "How do I look?" He asks as I give him my phone to use for the reflection and he smiles. "I would totally date myself if I could" he says as I giggle

"Is that so?" I ask

He nods "I mean, I'm pretty sexy looking" he says then I roll my eyes

"Okay sexy thing, let's pay and leave" I say as he chuckles. Then he gets up and walks up to the counter to pay for the piercing, when hes done, he laces his fingers with me. I look down at our hands touching  and smile. Then i look at my other hand and sigh. "Babe...i have something i need to tell you" i hear myself say as he nods

"what is it? Are you okay" he asks as i shake my head

"i haven't been okay for a while..." i say. Am i really about to tell him? Ugh i feel so weak. Will he judge me? Will he break up with me because its too much stress? "i um...i don't want you to treat me any different, okay?" i ask then he nods, i give him my hand and show my palm and he flinches at the mark i have.

He examines the mark "who did this?" he asks 

i look down "my father..." i say then he growls a bit

"where do you live?" he asks then that same anger he had towards that one girl who kicked me before was back

"Zack...please don't...this will only make it worse for me" i say as he looks down

"fine...but will you at least live in my house? i know its asking a lot...but i cant let you get hurt, i wont let it happen"  he says 

I think for a moment then nod "i need to get my stuff though" i say

"im coming with you" he says like its no choice 

we get in the car and Zack talks about me staying with his mom and she agrees
