Rex's Pov:

I ran threw the woods and was stopped with a halt.

A dark SUV stopped before me.

My heart stopped and i held my breathe.

The tinted window rolled down.

I shivered as the harsh cold wind kissed my fresh whip marks and bare skin.

Jacob is really taking this running away thing to a new level.

He beat be senseless last time.

I don't want to know what will happen when i see him in this SUV.

I saw Greg. I started to relax.

He leaned over " Let's go if you want to be free ."

He said in a hasty voice.

I nodded and jumped into the back seat.

I heard low moans coming from the back.

I looked at Greg in utter fear.

He touched my knee in reassurance.

" It's Jess. She's still sleeping off the drugs Vincent had her one.

I leaned back into the seat as Greg started to drive again.

I turned to Vincent.

" What's going to happen when Jacob and Vincent?"

I said quietly.

Greg took in a long deep breath, then he exhaled.

" I will be be honest."

He said.

" The consequences isn't good.'

I shivered and held my knees up to my chest as i heard him say those words.

I didin't want Jess to go through this.

I really have changed for her.

I knew deep in my heart i wasn't going to have her in the end.

I think that's what we were all feeling.

It's hard seeing our life being lived by someone else's.

Greg cleared his throat.

" Gabby and Bobby will be picking you guys up."

He said looking at me.

I thought he was dead.

I was frozen.

Greg's froze was turned out with the hum of the vehicle.

I knew when he saw me he would be angry.

I knew when Jess found out she would shun me.I also knew when Jacob found out i was gone he would kill me.Greg was right this wouldn't be a happy ever after.

I turned back and saw Jess lying there only hear her light snores. She lost so much weight. I'm sure that wasn't good for the baby.

She looked like she was dying.

I was so sorry for all the pain she's endured.
