I woke up in a hospital room. I immediately tried to get up but I was attached to a lot of machines. I looked around the room to see Valerie, Mom, Dad, Kimmie, Brandon, Corki, Jared, Caleb, Sun Hi, and Jodi. Valerie and Sun Hi were arguing when Valerie realized I was awaken. "Mom! She's awake!" Valerie said excited. Everyone surrounded me with smiles. "What happened?" I asked. "Baby, you have a stomach ulcer." Mom said. I just stared at the ceiling. A tear rolled down my cheek as I looked at Kimmie. "Hi Kimmie." I said. "Hi Cam." I remember when she was in the hospital. After dad had almost killed her. This was different this was...cancerous. Two more tears raced down my cheeks but I quickly wiped them away. "You have to have surgery tomorrow." Jodi piped in. I started to cry more. Brandon kissed me on the forehead. "You'll make it through." He said. I managed to give him a smile. I have to or else I could end up dead. I'd never do that to Kimmie. She's my everything.
