Chapter 9

Aly's POV:

School day.

I woke up early, did my morning routine. Then I made breakfast for everyone.

I'm amazing, I know.

Then I realized.

James is here.

After I set up the table, I heard a husky voice.

"Good Morning, Beautiful."

I turned around and saw a smirking James.

"Hmm.. Good morning to you too, freak." I smirked.

"I'm trying to be sexy here."

"Stop trying, you'll never be. C'mon, eat up. I'll wake them up."

I went up stairs to wake up my bestfriends, sister, and brother.

We all went down, and discuss some things...

"Aly, so you started school..."

"Alex, we both know this is what I want."

"I know, and I want you, my lil sister to be happy."

"And we're gonna be late. C'mon guys, James promised me that he'll send us to school. Hahaha."

"I did?"

"Yes. You did."

We all went to his car, I'm on the passenger seat, beside James.

"You guys know each other?"

"Yeah, a year ago, in New Zealand."

"You went there?" Bianca.

"I did, why?"

"My good friend, Isabelle was there. She still is actually. She's waiting for someone. I was there before I came back."

I found James' stare on mine.

"Yeah? I know Isabelle." James

"You do?!"

"Yes. And, why is she still there?"

"She told me that she's waiting for James. Oh, like your name."

"Uh huh."

"We're here!"

We finally arrived at school.

Isabelle is still in New Zealand. Shocker. Not really. She's so inlove that a year before now, she still kept her promise.

Amazing, how love can control us.

I wonder why, though, how he made her stay? I'm pretty sure he's not a vampire? Nor any supernatural creature? Neither her.

Okay, this is confusing.

I was the last one to go inside I waited for James to go.

I was walking, and I'm still confuse. How? Is that possible?

Deep in thought, I felt that someone is walking beside me. And, When I turned my gaze, it was Neo.

"Goodmorning." I told him.

"You too."

Then he walked away. Weird.

Then I remembered I'm currently wearing James' hoodie, the one he wore last night. I kinda borrowed but I'm not planning on returning it. It's comfy.

Still weird tho.

I put all my thoughts away, when suddenly, I saw someone very familiar...

Damien. My best guy friend!

"Damien?"

"I knew it was you! Alyyy!!"

He hugged me to death. Hahahaha, he's a little childish, but I love him that way, even tho he's older than me, it doez feel good to have him around.

"I missed you, I knew you were coming here."

"Hahaha I missed you too!! How'd you know tho?"

"Bestfriend insticts." Then he winked at me.

Can this day get any better?

I have my best guy friend again, after being with each other for 47 years. 2 years without him around, felt like decades.

"Are you gonna stay?"

"You know I would. But now, let's go get to our class."

"Hahaha, I can't wait to be with you again."

I really missed him.

He's not an ordinary Vampire tho, he's a pureblood. An immortal. You can't kill him.

There are 2 Groups, The Originals, and The Purebloods.

Both powerful, but, purebloods are more powetful. An original can't kill a pureblood.

Damien, being a pureblood is a secret. Only I, knows.
