Lounzel's POV
My pigeon, Kevin and I are playing hide and seek. I also win, but he's really good sometimes. Haha! NOT! I always find him! I opened my window to the outside world. "HA!" I didn't see him but I know he's there, he's behind the flower pot. "Well I guess Kevin isn't out here..." I heard a giggle, yes Kevin can giggle. I wrapped my hair around his foot and picked him up. "Gotcha! So that 22 for me. How about 23 outta 45?" He sighed and frowned. I laughed at him. "Okay... Well what do you wanna do?" His faced brighten and flew out away from the tower but I grabbed him before he goes out too far. "Yea I don't think so. I like it in here and so do you." He stuck out his tough at me. "Aw come on Kevin it's not that bad in there." I pulled myself back into the tower and get ready for chores. I open the windows first then chores.
9 AM, the usual morning lineup
Start on the chores and sweep 'til the floor's all clean
Polish and wax, do laundry, and mop and shine up
Sweep again, and by then it's like 9:15
And so I'll read a book
Or maybe two or three
I'll add a few paintings to my gallery (which is all over where you see wall)
I'll play guitar and knit
And cook and basically
Just wonder when will my life begin?
Then after lunch it's puzzles and darts and baking
Paper Mache, a bit of ballet and chess
Pottery and ventriloquy, candle making
Then I'll stretch, maybe sketch, take a climb
Sew a dress! (For Mumther not me. She loves it when I sew for her)
And I'll reread the books
If I have time to spare
I'll paint the walls some more
I'm sure there's room somewhere
And then I'll brush and brush
and brush and brush my hair
Stuck in the same place I've always been
And I'll keep on wanderin' and wanderin'
And wanderin' and wanderin'
When will my life begin?
And tomorrow night
Lights will apear
Just like they do on my birthday each year
What is it like
Out there where they glow?
Now that I'm older
Mumther might just
Let me go...
I have always dreamed of going to see the floating lights but mumther said it's too dangerous, but I'm turning 18 that is old enough right? I finished up a painting of my looking up the floating lights outside and sighed.
"Lounzel! Let down you hair!" There's my cue when mumther comes. My hair is 70 feet long so I always throw down my hair and she holds on. I feel her pulling it that means she's ready. I pull her up to the window. "Hello Lounzel." She said walking in.
