After killing the demon Keshi in battle, Krishna continued to tend the cows and other animals in the company of his joyful cowherd friends. The cows grazed lazily on the verdant grass, their gentle chewing sounds blending with the soft rustling of leaves. The cowherd boys, clad in bright attire, played exuberantly, their laughter harmonizing with the melodies of nature

Krishna watched the playful interactions between the cows and the boys. A smile played on his lips, radiating a sense of peace and contentment. After a while, he decided to wander further into the forest, his bare feet treading lightly on the earth.

The canopy overhead filtered the sunlight into a dappled pattern. The sweet fragrance of wildflowers danced in the air, as birds chirped melodiously in the background. Alone in his thoughts, Krishna strolled leisurely.

Suddenly, an unmistakable presence made itself known. Krishna's smile widened, "Padhariye Devarshi." He said and then turned to face his devotee.

Narad, surprised by Krishna's awareness of his arrival, couldn't help but feel a sense of awe, "Narayan-Narayan ! Krishna, iss jagat ke swami, mera naman swikar kare." He bowed.

"Kaise ana huya ?" Krishna asked smilingly.

Narad replied.

With admiration in his eyes, Devarshi said, "Aapki anya leelaye dekhne ka saubhagya milega. Ki kaise aap Dwarika ka nirmaan karenge jaha apni sahastro patniyo ke saath aap leelaye karenge, kaise aap Shishupal aur Dantvakra ko mukti denge, kaise aap Arjun ke saarthi banenge aur adharmi Rajao ka annt karenge."

Kneeling down and joining his hands Narad said, "Aapke avtaar ke jeevan ka naya adhyaye shuru hone jaa raha hai Bhagwan. Mai aapko koti koti naman karta hu, aap jo keval swayam par nirbhar hai, aap jo Maya se pare hai, jo Vrishni Saatvat vansh mei janme hai, dharm ki sthapna aur Manav ke kalyaan hetu."

Saying so Narad offered him obeisances, and then taking his permission the Devarshi left just as swiftly he had come, but with more joy.

Krishna felt a sense of bittersweet longing wash over him. He knew a new chapter of his life was about to unfold in two days, one that would lead him away from Vraja and its people. With a heavy heart, he began to walk along the forest path, the rustling leaves accompanying his solitary journey. Despite the ache in his heart, he understood the greater purpose that awaited him.

--------

In the groves of Vrindavan, the afternoon sun cast a warm golden hue on the lush greenery around. The melodious chirping of birds and soft rustling of leaves created a serene ambiance. Krishna, with his captivating smile, and Balram, with his strong presence, led the group of cowherd boys in a playful game of stealing and hiding.

Krishna couldn't help but feel a pang of bittersweet emotion. This would be their last carefree game together before responsibilities beckoned and paths diverged. His heart swelled with love for his dear friends, who had completely surrendered to him.

Amidst the tall trees and colorful flowers, the boys divided themselves into two teams - one group playing the role of mischievous thieves, and the other group as innocent shepherds and sheep. The 'thieves' moved stealthily through the forest, trying to outwit the 'shepherds' who were guarding their flock of "sheep". The boys playing as sheep bleated playfully, adding to the joyous atmosphere of the game.

Unbeknownst to them, a malevolent presence lurked in the shadows. Vyomasur, the son of Mayasur and emissary of Kamsa, observed the boys from afar, his eyes gleaming with malice.

'Yadi sidha akraman kiya toh yeh balak dusro ko bula sakte hai. Aise mei Krishna ko maarna kathin ho jaayega.' He thought.

As he observed them, he knew he had to get rid of the boys first before taking upon Krishna. Seeing the large group of boys, Vyomasur cunningly disguised himself as a cowherd boy and like a wolf in sheep's clothing, he slyly joined their game as a thief. With stealth and malevolence in his heart, Vyomasur began to target the unsuspecting cowherd boys who were portraying sheep.

One by one, he snatched them away, his true intentions concealed beneath a facade of innocence. And then, in a moment of realization, the boys felt a chill run down their spines as they noticed the unfamiliar face among them.

"Thehero ! Tum toh humare saath nahi." Sridama said.

Madhumangal asked with a frown, "Kaun ho tum ?"

"Aur hume itne dur kyu laaye ho ?" Vijayaksh asked.

Before they could do something, Vyomasur swiftly seized the boys and took them towards a secluded cave. Panic and confusion set in as the boys realized the treachery when Vyomasur callously trapped them inside the cave and sealed the entrance with a massive boulder.

"KRISHNA ! KRISHNA !" They screamed.

Vyomasur chuckled, "Krishna toh tab aayega, jab swayam bachega."

Panic and fear gripped the young hearts as they struggled against the darkness that enveloped them, separated from their beloved Krishna and Balram.
