(Epilogue) Preparations for a Reunion

The morning light grazes the grass along with the gentle morning wind. Birds chirp and hum their sweet morning tune.

BEEP BEEP BEEP

Then. There's these two...

"UGHHH!"
The two groaned at each other

Kay and Lee, College students!

"It's a saturday!.. Why'd you set the alarm?"
Kay groaned slapping Lee awake

"Tankery. Training."
Lee smacked her back

"For?"
She croaked

"The Tankery Grand alumni match."
He got up and stretched

The two both sigh and reluctantly got out of bed

Kay ran the bath while Lee made breakfast. A standard bacon and eggs with fried rice, with some reheated leftover pizza as dessert

Lee set the table as Kay preps their uniforms. The Saunders University uniform, custom made for them, Lee's has a large eagle imprinted on the school logo, while Kay's has a large gleaming star

"Eagle Eyes and the Star~. Together for ever~!"
She giggle while ironing them

Lee responds with a smile and an eye roll

"So, feeding each other before taking a bath together~?"
She toyed

"Do you want us to be late?"
He asked

"What? Can't hold yourself back~?"
She laughed

He bends down opening a cupboard, picks up a paper plate, and throws it like a frisbee at her. Hitting her in the face.

"I take great offense to that."
Kay pouted

"No kisses for a week."
He said sternly

"I retract my statement."
She quickly replied

The continued preparing for the day. With a little "couple tomfoolery™" with it.

They arrive at the hangar, the only ones there at the moment

"You said it was early, right?"
Kay asked

"Yeah. I'd been hoping someone else was here by now."
Lee replied

Silence befell the two...

"Wanna do it in the hangar?"
They both suggested

Naomi emerges from inside the hangar, bubblegum in mouth, cap on backwards, ruffled uniform as well

"The hell you doing in there?!"
The two shouted

An incredibly red Alisa peeks behind one of the tanks

"Oh."
The two said, unsurprised
