So before I begin, I thought I'd share a rough timeline of the major events in Percy's life (after the PJ series) and the order in which they took place. 

(1993–2016—23 years)

*2009–2011 (Age 16–18)—trained under Poseidon

   2010 (Age 17)—Was gifted a throne in Atlantis.

   2011 (Age 18)—Heir to Sea throne—Blessed by the gods and started training under them.

*2012 (Age 19)—Gifted the Circlet, which gave him unlimited access to Poseidon's domain.

*2013 (Age 20)—Aug18th: Gifted Umbrella—Nov: Xander Appears

*2014 (Age 21)—Feb: Betrayals—June: Disowned by Poseidon—July: Imprisonment and Torture

*2016 (Age 23)—Aug18th: Executed (after 2 years of torture) on his birthday

Shit, shit, shit, shitty shit shit!

"We screwed up; we screwed up big time, bro!" I hollered to Hermes, who was dashing behind me.

Me and my brother-slash-partner-in-crime, Hermes, were once again up to mischief. Only this time, we made the mistake of choosing the target of our mischief to be my uptight sister, Artemis. Yes, we played a prank. An innocent, harmless, pitiful prank. In hindsight, it was a terrible prank on a terrible target. Long story short, potent aphrodisiac may or may not have been involved.

What? Don't judge! 

At the time, it seemed like a perfect idea.

This is why my brother and I are currently running for our lives—through a less frequented country by us gods—from the deranged Artemis chasing after us with a vengeance. "Less-tal-talking, more-run-ning!!!" Hermes gasps, out of breath, as we take a turn and run into a random residence, making a bee-line for a random room and bursting in. We were a gasping and wheezing mess as we took in our surroundings. I blinked my eyes a couple of times to chase away the black spots before I could see clearly. We were in a wooden room that was empty save for a big wooden tub filled to the brim with water and a blonde girl sitting in it—naked, although the water and tub did a good job at hiding her body—with her exposed back towards us.

He neared the wooden tub and had just reached out to touch her back—while I was just about to reach out to him to stop him—when the waters rose from the tub, slamming onto Hermes and sending him flying to the other end of the room.

A loud 'BAM' resonated within the room from his crash while I stood there gapping as the waters rose again, mirroring the moment of the girl in the tub, surrounding her body before we could even catch a glimpse of anything.
