The next day Yn had bunked her classes and she decided to hang out with Chan.
Chan had lied to his father that he had a bad stomach ache so he wasn't able to go to the office today
He was driving his bike while she sat behind him while hugging him. Soon they stopped near Han river and Chan parked his bike. He interlocked their fingers and started walking together
Soon Yn dragged him towards a cycle rental shop. Chan noticed that the cycle had another seat behind it which was perfect for couples.
Soon Yn paid for the cycle and went near a cluster of bicycles parked in a orderly manner
The worker checked the receipt of the payment and passed them a black cycle. Yn signalled Chan to take it and he started dragging the cycle along with him
There was a small pathway made next to the river particularly for bicycles so the people can enjoy the view while riding it
Chan sat on it and kept one of his legs on the ground and another one at the peddle. Yn sat behind him and wrapped her arms around his waist "Ready?" He asked "Yes" she said cheerfully making him smile
He started to peddle as the cycle started moving forward. Both enjoyed the view of the lake while riding the bicycle together.
After riding for a few minutes, they returned the cycle and started walking towards his bike
"Chan can you take me to a place?" Yn asked while sitting behind him as he smiled "Anything for you love, just tell me the address" he said making her blush by the nick name he gave her
Soon she started giving him directions and he drove according to it. Sometimes he would flirt with her making her giggle and blush.
After half an hour drive soon Chan parked his bike next at an unfamiliar border of the huge wall.
The huge wall stretched at a decent amount of acres and they had to take a turn to go towards the entrance. Chan saw a large black gate which was twice his height.
'Heaven' that's what was written in huge, bold letters
He noticed a guard opened the gate for them and they entered inside. The old man gave a weak smile towards Yn as she returned it back with her's
Chan noticed several tombs which were neatly built with a decent distance with each other. There was a pathway to walk which led them towards many different graves with the person's name on it along with their date of birth and death with a small note left by their family
Some gravestones had fresh flowers or some had dried ones. He noticed some people who died were too young or just new born infants. But their family ensured to build a beautiful grave for their loved ones
He even saw some gravestones were covered with either dust or dried leaves and he felt sad that they were abandoned by their own family members or loved ones after their death
After a two minute walk he saw Yn took a right turn leading to another pathway. She passed two graves and crouched down at the third one
'KIM EUN TAK' was engraved beautifully over the stone.
Yn took out the old flower which was placed by her last week and she brushed the grave with her hands, pushing some new leaves which had fallen recently.
"Hi mom" Yn said excitedly and took a seat in front of the stone and smiled at her mother. Chan noticed she didn't hesitate to sit on a dusty cemented floor and he too rushed towards her and sat next to her
She gazed at him in amusement as he just winked his eyes "Yaah, how dare you to flirt in front of my mom" she said in a fake angry voice as Chan only shrugged "Mother-in-law wouldn't mind. You wouldn't right" he asked the last sentence turning towards the grave
Yn was about to speak but he started speaking to her mother "Annyeongaseyo, myself Lee Chan. I am your daughter's boyfriend. I promise you eomma that I'll take care of your daughter and treasure her" he said and Yn felt overwhelmed after hearing his words.
She held his hand and kept her head on his shoulders and gazed towards her mother "This boy didn't even let me speak Eomma, but you have got a good son-in-law" she said making Chan smile
Suddenly she heard a sound of aeroplane passing through the graveyard. She watched the plane above her in amusement. Chan watched his cute girlfriend with adoration
"Do you like aeroplanes so much?" He asked her gaining her attention back towards him. She kept her head back on his shoulder while staring at her mother
"My mom was the only person who had travelled on flights. She was born in a quite rich family. But after marrying dad she had developed the lifestyle of a middle class family. She didn't pressurise dad and told him she was much happy to live with him how she was. She used to tell me how amazing it would be to travel in an aeroplane" she said while Chan attentively listened to her
"But I never got a chance because of our financial issues. But dad always tells me that I'll surely travel in aeroplane one day after my studies" she said with a proud voice making Chan's heart melt
She was so pure and innocent
He mentally made a note in his hand to fulfill her wish soon and he would do anything for it. They have their own private jet so it wasn't such a big task to fulfill her wish. But first he should introduce her to his family
"Mom always told me to take care of Dad and Doyoung. Dobby is not so attached to mom because he was too young when she died, so he is most dependent on me. Though I sometimes find dad crying while holding my mom's picture, he never lets us know and he is a huge support to me and Doyoung" she said and Chan placed a gentle peck on her forehead
"I wouldn't let you down Yn. I'll even take care of dad and Doyoung" he said and Yn gazed at him with love. She pecked his cheeks and nodded her head
"Let's head home, it's late" she said and he nodded his head
Yn told Chan to drop her at the bus stop which was near her house because her dad was early today.
She got off the bike and decided to tease him and tried to walk away without wishing him farewell
He held her wrist and pulled her towards him "You can't leave so early baby" he said with a smirk while still sitting on his bike while holding her wrist
Yn saw a black car stopped behind them, she saw a driver got down and started checking the tires
"Oh seems that car had got a puncher" she said but Chan held her chin and made her look at him "Look at me only Love" he said in a deep voice making her blush
He left her wrist and pointed his right cheek with his finger and she came closer to peck his cheek
But Chan suddenly turned his face making her peck his lips. Her face flushed red and she ran from there making Chan chuckle at her cuteness
"I love you Yn" he shouted from his place and chuckled again after watching her stop for a second and continue running
Suddenly he heard a sound and turned around. He saw the driver of the car had dropped the keys on the ground. His gaze from the key went towards the driver's face and he frowned at a familiar face
It took him seconds to understand and his eyes widened and he turned towards a familiar figure standing next to the driver with a disbelief and angry face
Chan gulped at the sight and got down from his bike
"Dad?" He said in a low voice
