After playing with the kids, Yn introduced the staff and caretakers of the orphanage. Chan learnt that Yn would sometimes come here alone and spend time with kids. It was the habit she took from her mother
He even had lunch with the kids. Chan was a person who hated kids because they would simply cry or were too noisy. But today Yn proved him wrong.
He totally enjoyed his time with the kids and they were pure hearted human beings
It was almost evening, they both decided to leave the place. They both bid goodbye to the kids and came towards the parking
Chan was about to sit on his bike but Yn held his wrist
He turned back "What's wrong Yn?" He asked softly but she kept quiet and stared at him. He was about to speak but she suddenly hugged him while wrapping her arms around his waist and kept her head on his chest while listening to his heartbeat
He was surprised at first but he slowly melted and wrapped his arms around her waist and hugged her back. They both stayed in each other's embrace for a few minutes and then broke the hug
"Thank you for coming with me Chan" she said and gazed at the floor. He lifted her face by her chin and made her look into her eyes
"Anything for you Yn" he said and smiled making her fall for him more
He closed the distance between them and slowly pecked her forehead and once again pulled her into his embrace. After a minute he broke the hug and they both sat on his bike
Chan drove slowly enjoying the evening breeze along with the girl he loves, who was leaning her head on his shoulder while her hands were wrapped around him
He dropped her in front of her house and she got down. "Go home safely and text me once you reach" she said and he nodded his head while smiling
She came near him and placed a peck on his cheeks and ran inside her house while blushing.
Chan froze on his place and he blushed lightly. He came back to his senses and shook his head and started his bike to go back to his house.
But he didn't notice someone was glaring at him from the terrace of her house
Yn entered inside and saw that her dad still wasn't back from his work. She changed herself into nightwear and came towards the living room. She saw her brother sitting on the couch with a poker face
She smiled and went towards him and sat next to him. She hugged him from the side and kept her chin on his shoulder. "Why is my sweet brother angry?" She asked but she received no reply from him
She frowned "Why did you kiss him Noona, don't tell me you like him" Doyoung said and turned his gaze towards her. She broke the hug and sat there in silence
"I like him Dobby" she said in a small voice and lowered her head as if she made a crime and felt guilty. Doyoung's face softened and he held her hands. "Noona, I'm scared. You will leave me and like him more. I'll be left alone. What if he becomes more important to you than me-" he said and his voice almost cracked at the end of the sentence and his eyes filled with tears
She hugged him while he hugged her tightly "Dobby you will always remain the first person who understands me like no one else and the only person who stands for me and fights for me. You are irreplaceable Dobby. You know how much you mean to me" she said and cried in his embrace
"I'm sorry Noona, I got carried away. I made you cry. Sorry Noona please stop crying" he said and broke the hug. He wiped her tears and she gave him her lovely smile "My love for you can cross any depth of an ocean Dobby. You're my younger brother and i promise to never let you get hurt in future by my relationship" she said and wiped his tears as he nodded his head and gave her his cutest smile
"Do you want Noona to cook Kimchi jiggae?" She asked in a baby voice making him chuckle "Nae" he answered back in a baby voice and both burst into laughter
The siblings enjoyed their dinner together and greeted their father who also joined their joyful night by talking random things and watching a baseball match together.
It was indeed a beautiful day for Yn
Yn, Jihoon and Doyoung were just walking in the nearby park as it was weekend. Jungwoo was sick so he stayed in his home.
They three were walking together while making fun of each other
Jihoon got to know about yesterday's matter as Doyoung and Yn both narrated the entire story. He was happy for Yn and he was continuously teasing her.
"YN" suddenly they heard someone's shout and all three turned behind and saw Chan waving at them. Yn smiled at him and waved back at him
Doyoung gave him a small smile while Jihoon froze in his place
Chan's eye went towards Doyoung and he returned a smile to him and his gaze went towards Jihoon next which made his smile vanish. But still he made his way towards them
"Are you playing with her feelings?" Jihoon asked with a straight face while his cold eyes glared at him. Both Yn and Doyoung frowned at his question
"What are you talking about Hoonie?" Yn asked and Jihoon just scoffed in return and Chan stood there in silence afraid of the storm which is on the way
"You said his name was Chan, but if you had said he was Lee Chan the son of the top business man Lee Yeon i wouldn't even have let your shadow near him" Jihoon said while Yn frowned
"What's wrong with that? He's kind to me Dobby and he's my friend-" "What did he do Hyung?" Doyoung cut her off and asked Jihoon as he knows Jihoon wouldn't turn serious suddenly and speak those words
"He's engaged with his Dad's business partner's daughter, Park Rena" Jihoon said which made Yn's heart break. She gazed at Chan with painful eyes and saw his guilty expression
Doyoung was about to launch a punch on Chan but Jihoon stopped him. He pulled Doyoung along with him and gave space for Yn and Chan to talk
Jihoon knows it's not the best idea, but he knows how Yn's eye sparkled while hearing his name so he decided to let her sort things with him or end things with him
Chan gazed at her "Please give me a chance to explain Yn" he said in a cracked voice but she shook her head and wiped the tears that fell from her eyes
She turned back and ran off from there while Chan stood frozen in his place and tears escaped from his eyes. A fear of loosing her overtook him
He wanted to tell her about this matter but he decided to tell her while confessing his feelings towards her
After she accepted him, he decided to tell his family about her and call off the marriage with Rena. But everything went wrong and he stood there helpless
Suddenly rain started pouring and he started getting drenched in rain
The warm rain which poured on him did a good job hiding his tears flowing from his eyes
His heart broke after watching Yn's tears and it hurted more that he was the reason behind it
"I won't give up on us Yn. I truly love you and I'll make sure you know my side of the story" he said to himself
