I rolled out of bed looking at my gold rolls with the navy blue face on it .
9 am
I was ready to get my ass out the trap and to my bed
I walked to my Mercedes with my duffle bag in my hand smiling as I thought this day was already done , just had to drop some stuff off

The project building door buzzed me in
And once again the latch hole slid to one side and back before it opened for me
I passed them the kilos and we exchanged for money
"Wassup with yall ?" I said sitting at the kitchen table
"Shit is stressful , Symone telling me she might be pregnant and shit last night then we got into this argument and she left " CJ said shaking his head
I shook my head "if she is , just man up and be there for your seed" I said patting him on the shoulder
I grabbed the bag and headed out in a rush but was stopped by The beautiful Jewel
"whatchu doing up here?" I asked smirking
She smiled "oh nothing , Symone told me to uhm give a message to CJ for her , she got locked up this morning for boosting at the mall"
Jewel POV
Anything you needed , Symone could boost it from any store , no matter how much security you THOUGHT they had
Symone ain't have to boost I mean she could live off CJ or all the money she already made and she never boosted for herself anyways . People put in orders with her , she'd get it and make them pay less then they would in the store but with how much they was buying , she was being paid well .
She got caught up doing a morning run in Macy's today . She never get caught there so it wasn't the cameras , it was her trifling ass older sister , jade ... She ain't shit .
"Damn that's crazy but I don't want you going in there so I'll tell him" Harlem said shaking his head and walking back and walking in.
I waited for him at the top of the stairs to come back out and it wasn't long before he did .
"Need a ride home ?" He said waking down the stairs behind me
"umm yeah thanks" I said , truth is I didn't but I wanted to be with him ... Just a little
"Iight shorty" he said once we got outside
When we got in the car he threw his duffle bag in the backseat and got to driving at a normal speed today
"you hungry ?" He said smirking
"Not really" I said
"Girl it's only 9:30 in the morning and you ain't hungry ?! You lying ! We Finna eat" he laughed after looking down at me
"I guess so" I said laughing at him
He road to this place called brothers breakfast spot , it was one of those good breakfast spots but you never went there for lunch or dinner
We walked and sat in one of the red leather booths and ordered immediately , the food came quick also which was good
I looked down at the rips in my jeans to avoid eye contact
"You to beautiful to have your head down like that , pick it up shorty" he said looking over the menu
I blushed hard looking up at him pushed one side of my straight hair behind my ear
"Why you ain't with your hoes right now ?" I said before snickering a little bit
"Who said I have hoes ?" His pearly white smile flashed beautifully
I gave him the you-think-I'm-dumb look
"Aight yeah let me be honest with you , I got hoes but I ain't tryna play you , If you give a nigga a chance ..I'll drop em in a heartbeat" he said looking serious
The waiter came up giving us our drinks
He reached over the table grabbing my hand softly as his thumb ran circles over my tiny knuckles
I laughed "you're so different when you talk with me , so soft"
He nodded "you make me different , make me think different , make me want to do all that relationship shit I never cared for ... Like you think I'm joking , and I could see why .. I GOT, HOES , Im out here in these streets and Any relationship I ever had even remotely close to serious has failed but I'm ready . The moment I seen you ... I was ready"
The waiter interjected bringing us our bill even though we weren't leaving yet but Harlem still looked up at me waiting for a reply to his comment
I sighed "Nothing will get you off this topic huh ?"
"Nah" He smirked again
"We'll work on it . I'll think about it . Till then cut your hoes and leave em alone" I said
"I promise I won't fuck with these hoes"
we ate having small talk before he grabbed the bill and we left
He slid to my house this time with no gps .
"What are you doing today ?" I said sitting in the parked car
"sleeping , Ima take a couple days of relaxation" he said scratching his head
I nodded "457-9372" call me tonight
A kool aid kid smile spread across his face "Iight shorty"
I walked into my bedroom as I heard the sound of his car zooming off and the rain beginning to fall for the day
Harlem POV
as I drove home the digital screen in my car popped up with the green telephone sign , letting me know I had a call

"Wsssup ?" I said sitting at the red light
"Nothing Daddy , I was hoping you could come through tonight"
I bit my bottom lip , debating if I wanted too
