The next scene shows the clerk putting his clipboard down and looked at the family in the eyes while Miguel and Imelda were watching and waiting for the answer.
Clerk : "Well you're cursed".
Miguel : "What!!"
"No don't tell me your going to be stuck there". Abel sighed
Meanwhile Luisa and Enrique were a little panicked at what had happened to their son, Socorro was a little surprised and Imelda and Héctor shook the heads in worry.
"Not helping ". Miguel gritted his teeth
"Please tell me there is a way for you to get back". Elena sighed
"Just wait". Layla said
Clerk : "Dia de Los Muertos is a night to give to the dead you stole from the dead".
Miguel: "But I wasn't stealing the gituar ".
Mamá Imelda : "Gituar!?"
Miguel looked directly at the clerk as he spoke.
Miguel: " it was my great great grandfather's and he would've wanted me to have it".
"Si Chamaco I would ... But also this is your consequence I understand what you wanted but you have to remember that stealing is not one of the best options". Héctor states
"It isn't an option ". Imelda added
"Si, but I was desperate How was I supposed to know it would leave me cursed?" Miguel points out
"Still lesson learned I hope". Julio finished
"Oh definitely ". Miguel nodded hurriedly
"Good". Enrique nodded
Mamá Imelda: "Nah Ah we do not speak of that musician he is dead to this family".
Miguel: " Ah you're all dead".
Meanwhile was trying to sneak up on the clerks desk to steal his pastry as he could smell and it unbearable as he tried to move the plate with his tongue.
The poor clerk sneezed at the dog even though he had no nose and Dante had no hair.
"Wait you guys still have allergies but how you have no nose?" Camilo asked
"Some things you can't escape even in death Mijo ". Pedro replied
"Sometimes you just have to live with it". Rosita said
"I guess that checks out". Miguel sighed
Clerk: " I'm sorry who's alerbrije is that?"
Miguel : "That's Just Dante".
Tia Rosita : "He sure doesn't look like an alerbrije ". Rosita gestured to the window where Pepita was flying.
Tio Oscar : "He Just looks like a plain old dog".
Tio Felipe : " Or a sausage someone dropped a barbershop".
Dante barked offended at the comments that were just given on screen.
"Ay Sorry Dante we should have known better". Oscar states
"Si, Oscar should have known". Felipe finished
"You both would have known better". Rosita smiled
