The following morning, as the sun began to rise, Sienna reluctantly opened her eyes, feeling an overwhelming sense of dread wash over her. The events of the previous day had left her emotionally drained, but she knew deep down that she couldn't afford to wallow in self-pity. She had to gather her strength and face whatever challenges lay ahead.

Despite the exhaustion that had prevented her from getting any sleep, her mind was consumed with thoughts of the upcoming day. Sienna couldn't shake off the nagging feeling that he would seek her out, fixating his attention solely on her. It was as if he had suddenly become aware of every mistake she had ever made, scrutinizing her every move. The weight of constantly being used and having her past errors thrown in her face had become unbearable.

Knowing that training was scheduled to start at six, Sienna found herself desperately seeking solace in the confines of the shower. She clung to the hope that by hiding away, she would be forgotten and left alone. The water cascaded over her, providing a temporary sanctuary from the chaos that awaited her outside. Time seemed to stand still as her thoughts raced, each one more tumultuous than the last.

Suddenly, a sharp knock on the bathroom door shattered her fragile peace, jolting her back to reality. Panic surged through her veins as she caught a faint whiff of his distinctive scent seeping through the cracks. He had come to find her, and the mere thought of his presence sent shivers down her spine. Why did he have to be so relentless? Why couldn't he just leave her be? The questions echoed in her mind, but the answers remained elusive.

"Finish up and come out," his voice came through the door, making her stomach churn. Despite her fear, she moved slowly, trying not to make any noise. She put on a pair of all-black workout clothes, brushed her hair, and cleaned her teeth before finally stepping out. She was afraid that if she stayed hidden any longer, he would forcefully drag her out.

"I'm sorry for being late," she said, although she didn't truly feel sorry, her tone making it clear.

"Your file says 'punctual, on time.' I guess that only applied to your previous job," he angrily spat out the words."Good morning to you too," she teased, hoping to unsettle him or make him understand. After all, it was her first day.

He complained, saying "It would have been a good morning if she hadn't been late for 30 minutes". In an attempt to assert control, he tried to grab her face, but she quickly stepped away.

"You're testing me," he growled. However, she wasn't intentionally trying to provoke him; she simply couldn't endure any more mistreatment from him. He was incredibly unsettling. Her training urged her to fight back now that she felt slightly better. While she had dealt with dangerous individuals in the past, nothing compared to the danger of this place. And nothing compared to the danger he posed.

"You have shown disrespect to the group. Disrespected me. Left the doctor and others waiting," he scolded, turning his back to her."I apologize, but I'm not feeling well," she decided it was best to lie. As his captivating gaze no longer bore into her, she found herself able to truly take in his physical presence. The sight of his muscular back and the way his short hair framed his face sent a chill down her spine. It was puzzling to her why she felt this way, for her he was just a man, nothing more. She wasn't typically driven by mere sexual attraction towards others, but with him, it was different. He had a way of making her feel young and alive, like a teenager experiencing their first crush. Sierra couldn't help but question if she had developed Stockholm syndrome and if he had the same effect on all the other prisoners like her.

Suddenly, a wave of intense desire washed over her, causing her to wonder if her heat was coming. She desperately sought any explanation to deny the undeniable attraction she felt for him. Sierra attempted to convince herself that what she experienced was simply a result of a lack of physical intimacy or affection in her life.
