<3rd Person POV>

The Dromies were hanging out at the mall on Friday. Jake was busy these days with the club so it was their first time hanging out again after some weeks. Maybe others didn't notice it, but Drew was feeling lonely and mad that Jake was starting to hang out with the music club more than him although HE was his best friend.

Drew and others have often teased Jake if he enjoyed the 'freaks' company more than them. Drew thought no way, but what if Jake enjoyed hanging out with those music 'freaks' better than him? How will Drew feel about it? What would he do if Jake replaced him?

Drew never thought of this kind of stuff before, but now this kind of thought spinning around his head almost every day. It was both annoying and hurt Drew so badly. He didn't want to lose Jake over the music 'freaks'. 

Even today, Drew practically complained and slightly begged Jake to hang out with him and the others. Well, Drew was glad that Jake ended up agreeing to it. 

A few hours later, they all decided to go home since it was late and dark. Henry and Liam left and Jake was also about to leave when Drew gently grabbed Jake by his wrist, stopping him. Jake turned around to see Drew, looking confused. 

"You need something?" Jake asked, still visibly confused at the sudden action.

"Can you have a sleepover tonight at my house?" Drew asked, his voice slightly shaky. His expression may looked neutral, but his heart was racing and he didn't even know the reason. He just didn't want to separate from Jake- at least for tonight. He wanted nothing but to spend time with Jake, having him by his side. 

Each second felt like a thousand years as Drew waited for his answer. Drew carefully let go of Jake's wrist, his heart still racing. Jake's confusion turned into a warm smile and nodded. "Sure, let me just tell my mom" With that, Jake took out his phone and texted his mom. 

Drew couldn't help but smile and blush slightly, feeling happy and excited. His heart was racing faster than when he waited for Jake's answer. Soon, they arrived at Drew's house. 

<Time Skip>

Drew was lying down, wearing his white simple shirt and short pants. No words could describe how much he felt happy just because Jake agreed to do a sleepover at his house. They often did sleepovers since freshman years but this time, it just felt and hit differently. Maybe because Jake was often busy and hanging out with him after weeks of neglect? 

While Drew was thinking many things, Jake finished taking a shower and sat next to Drew on the bed. 

"So, what do you want to do?" Jake asked, smiling. He couldn't help but think of how Drew looked cute like this. 

(Wow Jake.. fruity as shit 😒)

"How about we watch a movie..?" Drew suggest, sitting down. His heart started to race slightly as their face was pretty close. Drew couldn't help but thought of how Jake looked more hotter in his clothes. Blush started to creep on his face but Drew tried to brush it away. 

"Sure, what movie? Ngl, I want to watch Titanic. My mom keeps telling me that the movie is very good. Have you watched it?" Jake asked. When Jake was staring into Drew's eyes, Drew flinched slightly, scared that he might lose control.

"Mhm, it's pretty good. We can watch it if you want" Drew looked away, biting his lower lips softly. He breathed in and out, trying not to lose his control. He took out some snacks from the kitchen while Jake prepared for the movie.

(I personally liked Titanic but when I watched the sex scene WITH MY MOM at the theater, I was fucking flabbergasted because I wasn't expecting that..)

<During the Movie>

During the movie, Drew couldn't help himself from staring at Jake. He tried to pull away and pay attention to the movie but his gaze kept going back to Jake. His short blonde with pink tip hair, shiny brown eyes, and a warm smile. God, Drew wanted Jake to be more than friends. Well, maybe at least Jake would spend more time with him..

Suddenly in the middle of the movie, Jake started to blush. Curious, Drew looked back to the movie and his jaw dropped. He completely forgot about the sex part in the movie. Drew and Jake looked at each other awkwardly. Jake shrugged, sweating and still blushing at the unexpected scene. 

Drew was also blushing, but the sex scene wasn't the reason he was so flustered. He was flustered looking at Jake like this, sweating and blushing nervously. Before he could think twice, he crawled on Jake's lap, staring directly at his eyes. Jake's body trembled slightly, his eyes widening. He knew this was wrong, but he had no courage to stop Drew from going further. 

"Jake, I like you. More than just a friendship.." Drew whispered in Jake's ear, hugging him tightly. 

"Oh God.. Well.. well I didn't know..?" 

"Do you like me back?" 

"Yes"

Drew's eyes widened, pulling away. He didn't expect this answer from Jake. "What did you say..?"

Jake's eyes also widened, his cheeks getting red as he realized what he just said. But soon, he calmed himself down and repeated what he said. "I said yes"

".. may I?" Drew leaned close to Jake again, their lips a few inches apart. 

Jake nodded hesitantly. Before Drew could lean even closer, Jake shoved his lips on Drew's. They soon got lost in the kiss, the movie still playing in the background. Drew pushed Jake to the floor, deepening the kiss. 

"God I love you"
