Many months passes with ups n downs but both got stronger n stronger...

Teja has completed 9 months n her delivery will happen any time ..

It was 9 in the night...

Kk: teja walk slowly...

Teja: Karan first of all u didn't let me plan any surprise n what I m doing now let me do n do not talk with me ...

So let me tell u at 12 Karan's birthday is going to start n kk very well know teja was going to plan something so he didn't let her n told her that what ever she want to do she should do in front on him..

Teja: kaka there ha put lights there ... n didi did u check the dinner ... n please make some spicy...

Kk: first come here ... they will do everything... u sit here... take a breath...

Teja: I m fine sunny..

Kk: I can see ... see the sweating... n how u r breathing...

Kk: jaan u r 9 months pregnant n delivery can happen any moment n u are already in pain I can see from ur face ...ur back is hurting ...n I know they both have made u very difficult to sleep to... for me na gifts doesn't matter ... what matter is u in my arms n our talks n our love that's it nothing else.... so now u r not doing any work...

Then soon omi adaa n there son had come too ...

As soon as it was 12 teja hugged Karan.

Teja: happy birthday sunnnyyyyy...

Kk: thank u jaan ...

Omi: happy birthday bhai...

Soon they did cake cutting... n while cutting cake teja felt little pain but ignored it ..

Soon they all sat in there garden n were talking n teja was in kks arms n was not talking much..

As they finished talking n started to get up from ground.. kk omi n adaa moved forward n though teja is coming back but...

Teja: ahhhhh suuunyyyy....ahhh my stomach...

Kk: babyyyyyy....

Kk ran towards teja..

N adaa: bhai her water is broken we Need to go hospital as soon as possible...

Kk: ha ...

Omi ran n brought car from parking n then soon they were in car..

Kk: babu we r just reaching...just take breath..n relax

Teja: what breath breath....I m in pain n u r saying relax... oh God... ahh..

Kk: teja baby only 2 min we are reaching

Teja: ahhh yar bhaiiii.. drive fast.. or u too want to be relaxed ...

Soon they reached...

Teja: ahhh... oh godd... ahhhh....

Soon they took her to private cabin which kk had pre booked for her n her delivery will happen there only .

Soon Dr arrived n checked teja ..

Dr came out..

Kk: dr what happened.

Dr: Karan she is ready to deliver . N it will be normal delivery n ...we have to do it now..

Kk: sure Dr...

Dr: u go inside n be with her we will start process in 5 min..

Kk went in..

Kk: baby..

Teja: sunny u r here ... sunnyy please do something it's paining a lottt... ahh...

Kk: ha ha baby just few more min Dr are coming...

Teja:sunnyy...

Soon Dr came n told teja to push..

Kk: teja pushh...u can do it..

Teja: no I can't... I m tried.. it's paining a lot...

Kk: teja u can't give up n my princess n my both baby's u three are very strong n teja close ur eyes n remember all ur struggles u have faced n all the tough time when u thought to give up but u fighted back n ...rememberthe struggleu have done.... u can'tgive up... u can do it...

Teja closed her eyes n soon gave a hard push n one baby came..

Dr:teja once more n then done..

Teja again tried n then the other baby to came...

Dr kept both baby on chest of teja..

Dr: congratulations one girl n one boy..

Teja who was crying because of happiness n kk who was crying seeing the beautiful family his family

Then sunnyy take baby girl in hand n kissed her forehead n Same when did with baby boy...

Kk: my pihu tejasswi kundra...

Teja: my aryan Karan kundra ...

Kk: princess thank u for the best birthday gift my babies...

Teja: thank u for loving me this way always...

Then they did family hug...
