Annie soon brought the tea to the table and served tea for all three of them. As soon as Fakhir sipped the tea a genuine smile appeared on his face.

Fakhir: ghar ki yaad aa gayi!!
It made me remember my home

Saad: bilkil theek bola...
absolutely right

Annie smiled and sipped her tea..

Fakhir: (hopefully) kya tum hume roz chai pila skti ho?
Can u please make this tea daily

Annie not wanting to increase their interactions and meeting...

Annie: mai try krungi but promise nhi kr sakti. ( turning towards Saad, to avoid any further convos with Fakhir) acha saad mujhe ghar ke loye kuch saaman lena hai kahan se lena better rahega?
I can try but not promise.  Anyways saad i have to buy some groceries for home, where should I get those

Saad: yahan two blocks dur ek grocery shop hai. Infact hum bhi chalte hai tumhare saath. Humari groceries bhi khatam hone waali hai. Haina Fakhir...
There is a supermarket 2 block away. In fact we will also accompany you even we have to get groceries

Fakhir: (almost immediately) haan...
Yeah

Annie gave Fakhir a strange look and then looked away.

Annie: theeke... thodi der mai nikale?
Okay we will leave in sometime

Saad: haan theeke tum ready ho jao jaake.
Okay, u go and get ready

Annie left from there and went to get ready. Fakhir on the other side...

Fakhir:(in mind) mujhe hi haath aage badhana padega. Vo naraz hai mujhse, or galti bhi meri thi. Par ab apni glti mai sudharunga.
I have to make efforts. She is angry and the mistake is mine, now i have to rectify it

Soon they all went to the supermarket. And we're selecting stuff to buy... Saad went to buy milk from the other side of the supermarket.  Whereas Fakhir and Annie were in the aisle together. While Annie was putting veggies and dairy products in the basket, Fakhir's basket was filled with instant noodles, coffee bread and stuff.

Annie: (looking at fakhir ) tum ye sab kha rahe the itne saalo se? Zinda kaise ho??
U eat all this stuff from so many years? How are you alive?

Fakhir: (happy with her concern) ab khana banana toh aata nhi hai or bahir so baar baar kha toh skta nhi hu toh bas aise hi jee rha hu.
I don't know how to cook and daily ordering from outside is not possible.

Annie felt bad for him, even though she couldn't see him like this.

Annie: sara saaman wapis rakh do. Abse mai khana bana dungi tum logo ke liye. Saad bhi bechara kaise zinda rehta hai...
Keep all that stuff back . I would make food for the both of you . i pity saad , how he survives

Fakhir: mere baare mai bhi soch lo... (getting little annoyed)
Think about me too

Annie just hummed and continued shopping when Saad came back to them and gave Fakhir a strange look.

Saad: ye kya Fakhir tune kuch bhi saaman nhi liya???
What is this fakhir u didn't get anything.

Fakhir: liya tha but (pointing towards annie) inhone kaha abse humara khana bhi yhi bana dengi toh hum unki grocery mai contribute krenge.
I did but, annie said she is gonna make food for us and for that we just have to give our share in the bill.

Saad: sachi??? Thanks so much Annie...
Really thanks alot

Soon they checked out of the supermarket and went home. On their way home both Saad and Fakhir did not let her carry any of the bags. Annie somewhere felt that they might repair their relationship but she didn't want to get her hopes high. Suddenly Saad receives a call.

Saad: Fakhir meri shift ka time ho rahan hai mai nikalta hu tu sara saman pohoncha de please.
Fakhir I am getting late for my shift. I have to leave please help with all the stuff

Fakhir: haa ja tu.
Yeahh

Both Annie and Fakhir reached Annie's apartment

Annie: tum saman table pe rakh do mai andar rakh lungi.
You can leave the stuff on the table

Fakhir: mai help kr deta hu na.
I can help

Annie: mai krlungi
Its okay i can do it

Fakhir: ab jab tum humare liye khana banaogi toh hum itna toh kr hi sakte hai na...
When you are making food for us we can atleast do this.

While keeping the stuff in the cupboard Annie got hurt by a corner of the cupboard.

Annie: Aah!!!
Ouch!

Fakhir: kya hua??? Dikhao. (Sucking her finger in his mouth) kahan dhyaan rehta hai humesha aisi hi krti ho. Chalo dawai laga deta hu...
What happened? Why are u so careless. Come let's put medicine on it

Annie: mai khud laga lungi...
I can do it

Fakhir: pakistan mak bhi mai hi lgata tha na, chup chaap chalo.
I was the one to do that in pakistan too

Annie: us baat ko beetey 3 saal ho chuke hain Fakhir. Ab mai apna dhyaan khud hi rakhti hu, kisi pe depend nhi hoti.
That was 3 years ago. Now i can look after my self. I don't depend upon anyone

Fakhir was hurt by her words and he couldn't control it anymore.  Annie was leaving for her room when Fakhir puller her back and she landed on his chest.

Fakhir: isiliye tumne mujhe apne London aane ke baare mai nhi bataya? Jaanta hu jo hua ussey tumhe dukh pohoncha hai. Maine bhi connection na rakh ke dil dukhaya hai tumhara but mai apni glti sudhaarna chahta hu. Please ek mauka.
Thats the reason u did not inform me about coming to london. I know u r hurt because of what happened. Even i did not keep in touch and that hurt you deeply, but i wanna rectify my mistake . Please just one chance.

Annie: kyu do ek mauka taakhi phir tum mujhe hurt kro, apni convenience ke hissab se chalo, jab man aaya mana liya, jab man aaya chod diya. Koi khilona nhi hu mai. Yaad rakhna.
Why should i give u a chance , so that u hurt me again? U work according to your convenience, whenever you feel like u cone to me and then abruptly leave me. I am not a toy

Saying this Annie jerked herself free from his clutches and went towards her room. Whereas Fakhir was in deep guilt and couldn't stop his tears from flowing down
