One month after Annie graduated from College
Annie came to Zaheer to talk to him in his room.

Annie : bade abbu aapse kuch baat krni h.

Zaheer: haan beta bolo.

Annie: badu abbu actually, jab mai graduate hui thi toh meri ek teacher ne mera application London ki ek University mai bheja tha. Or mere grades dekh kar mujhe full scholarship de rhe hain.. 2 saal ka course hai or mai krna chahti hu.
Please Bade Abbu.

Zaheer: Vaise ye bohot badi kamyaabi hai tumhari. Par tum bhi humse itna door chali jaogi?

Annie: Door kahan bade abbu mai aap logo se contact mai rahungi or kuch saalon mai wapis bhi aa jaungi.

Zaheer: Akele kaise rahogi itni door beta...

Just then Samina entered the room. She knew about this and she encouraged Annie to talk to Zaheer.

Samina: Akeli kyun hogi wo... Fakhir bhi toh London mai hi padh rha hai. Vo hoga na iske saath.

Annie: nahi badi ammi please... Fakhir ko mat bataiye please. Mai nhi chahti usko iss bare mai pata chalen. Usse pressure feel hoga jo mai nhi chahti. Please.

Zaheer: theek hai annie. Tum jaane ki taiyari kro. Tum zaroor jaugi... apni zindagi apni marzi se jio. Mai hu tumhare saath.

Annie: thankyou so much bade abbu!!!

And she went out happily.

Samina: akele kaise zaheer... maine toh isliye haan kaha tha kyunki fakhir hai wahan uska dhyaan rakhega.

Zaheer: jaanta hu. Uska ghar mai fakhir ke side wala hi rakhunga. Par bataunga nhi. Jaanta hu ki choti umar mai unki shaadi krna galat tha but mujhe abhi bhi yhi lgta hai ki ye dono ek doosre ke liye bilkul sahi hai. Mujhe abhi bhi umeed hai.

Samina: theeke mai samajh gyi mai uske jaane ki taiyaari krti hu.

3 weeks later
Annie was doing her last minute packing when zaheer came into her room.

Zaheer: annie ye lo tumhare wahan rehne ke saari details. Airport pe maine cab book krdi hai. Or ye lo kuch paise... wahan kaam aayenge.

Annie: thankyou so much bade abbu aapki wajah se ye sab ho rha hai...

Zaheer: tum meri hi beti ho. Tum khush hona bas...

Annie smiled at him while he blessed her and went out.
That night she left for the airport. Zaheer, Ayesha and Samina came to drop her off over there.
After bidding her goodbyes, completing the process she boarded the plane.

Annie: finally mei apna sapna poora krungi. Ab mujhe koi nhi rol skta.

After 9hr
She landed at the Heathrow airport. After collecting her luggage she headed towards the place Zaheer booked for her...

While carrying her luggage inside a guy bumped into her...

Man: So sorry I didn't see you there.

Annie: it's okay

Man: Hi I am Saad.

Annie: Annie...

Saad: can I help you with your luggage, otherwise it would take you two trips.

Annie: thank you so much...

Saad helped her to her apartment. Her apartment was on 13th floor

Annie: thank you so much.

Saad: no worries I live in the adjacent apartment in fact some of are gathering at my place today. It's my birthday actually...

Annie: ohh happy birthday. Yeah sure I will be there.

Saad: great see you at 8.

Annie smiled at him and went inside. She got freshened up and took a 2 hour nap. When she woke up it was already 7:30

Annie: fatafat ready hona Annie nikalna bhi hai!!!

Annie got ready and rang the bell to Saad's apartment. When someone opened the door they both were just staring at each other.
Then Saan came from behind ...

Saad: ohh annie welcome!!!

She got in the apartment.

Saad: Annie this is my flatmate Fakhir!!!

Before Fakhir could say anything

Annie: Hi I am Annie Habib. I just moved in the next apartment.

Fakhir gave her a perplexed look .

Fakhir: Hi and welcome...

Annie:(to Saad) sorry I couldn't bring a gift on such short notice.

Saad: no worries. Come meet everyone!!!

Saad introduced her to the group and they celebrated his birthday. All the time in the party Annie avoided Fakhir as much as she could. She even avoided looking at him. All this while Fakhir was looking for a window to talk to her. Defeated he decided to talk to her when everyone left.
