"This is ridiculous" Del said to himself as he read the letter that was delivered to them.

Their family bonding was interupted when a knock came at their door just to give them this letter. The letter was written in beautiful cursive, in which neither Perla or Kati know how to read so they gave it to Del instead.

Del's eyebrows furrowed as he read the letter. It informed them about a Halloween party. What the heck is a holloween?! Why trow a party for it?! He asked himself.

Martial nudged his shoulder, "you're gonna have to read that outloud"

And so he did. "We are pleased to inform you about the upcoming holloween party."

"Whats a holloween party?" Asked kati, he is currently sat on the floor crossed leged, his elbow on top of his knee as his hand supported his face. "What's that?" he asked again.

Del burried his face into the paper, he wanted to know as well. Perla leaned over her son's shoulder, pulling his arm down a little so she could see.

Martial scratched his forehead. "If I remember correctly…"
His sweat dropped when everyones attention was suddenly on him. "It…uhhh..it's a tradition…a holiday…from…somewhere…where they dress up as like ghost…and other scary things…"

"Scary?" Asked Perla, "like a mannangal?" Her face scrunched up as she imagined the horror that it would be if everyone where to dress up as a legless winged woman with intestines and blood dripping and dragging wherever they go.

"Yes…"

Del raised a brow, "that's a tradition?"

"Sort of.." martial shrugged.

Kati stared in shock. "Wait- wait… so, people dress up, as theses…awful creatures…And they dedicated a Holliday, a tradition for them?"

"Yes.."

"Isn't that just worshiping them?" Kati asks in disbelief. "How did things become like this?"

Martial stayed quiet, unsure of what to say…"okay…pa…listen…
first of all…I don't know why…I don't wanna know why…just…people have their cultures okay?...they have their own things…leave them alone." He says as he takes the letter from Del.

"Do we…now have this tradition too?" Ask Perla as she takes a seat on the floor next to her husband.

Del looks at Martial expectedly. "Well?..."

"Well…in my rulership…" he slightly winces, as memories of his sins flash before his eyes. He takes a deep breath, hopefully no one noticed. "During my time…holloween isn't celebrated…i-i" his grib on the paper tightens, crumpling it a little. "I…I don't know about Phil though"

Kati's shoulder tensed, "wait…Is Phil leading the country?" He asked.

Del nodded, "he should be, with bothe me and martial gone, the rulership goes to him" he shrugs. He notices some color drain from his father's face. "What's wrong?"

"D-Do you…" says kati hesitantly. He never thought about Phil leading the country, afterall, he was the youngest of 3 so it was very unlikely. "Did you teach him?..."

Del shook his head and looked over to Martial.
"Did you?"

"No." Martial said, eyes wide I. Realization. God…he left the country to his brother…his sweet little brother who won't hurt a fly…who does not know how hard politics can be.

He f@cked up.

"Haaaaa…l-lets worry about that next time…" he awkwardly changes the topic. "W-we'll just…ask someone later what happened to him…I'll..keep on reading now…"

Kati rubbed his face in exasperation…how could this happen? If he had known his youngest would lead someday he would have at least taught him how…he didn't want Phil to lead…Phil was always so happy, a walking ball of sunshine and he didn't want him in the world of politics. It's a cruel place and he didn't want him there…he wanted him to be free…live his life as he wanted…

He felt a hand on his shoulder and looked up to see his wife smiling at him. "I say Phil made a good leader"

"Really? You think so?..." Asked kati.

"I know so" Perla smiled…not that she was picking favorites but…she always knew that Phil was in a way better than his brothers. "Phil's smarter than you think." He takes after her afterall.

"Woah." Said martial, catching the attention of everyone.

Perla stood up and walked towards martial. "What is it?"

Martial cleared his throat before reading the content out loud.
"On the day of halloween, a party will be held that will serve as the reunion of those from the past with those from the present."
