Tejasswi’s pov

What is going on in his head today.. he is being extra romantic.. not that i mind it.. but still

“What’s with ur mood today huh ?” I asked him and he turned to me with a smile.

“My mood ?” He shrugged

“Aaj bhut zyada romantic ni ho rhe ho ?” I said and he smiled.

“Ab itni khoobsurat hone wali biwi hai.. toh romance krne ka toh man krega hi na..’’ wtf.. he just rendered me
speechless.. I smiled and looked away.. suddenly he stopped the car..

“Tejasswi.. i need to blindfold you..” he said and i frowned

“Par..” before I could say anything.. he just blindfolded me..

“this is not fair karan..” i whined and he chuckled

“Just 5 mins more darling..” what’s with him and these nicknames today.. godd.. this man is driving me crazyyy..

After sometime the car stopped and karan got out.. he opened my side of door.. he held my hand and carefully brought me out.. he held me by my shoulders and carefully took me somewhere..

“We’re here..” he whispered in my ear.. and I shivered under his spell.. he opened my eyes and i gasped seeing the set up.. it was a mattress setup with candle lights all around.. i love itttt !!!!

“Karan.. yeh sab..” I turned to look at him and he was just smiling.. i hugged him tightly and kissed his cheeks

“I Love You you so much my grumpy man..” i pecked his lips..

“who’s only romantic for you..” he picked me up and twirled around while i giggled.. he put me down kissed my forehead

“Only for you..” he whispered and took my lips in a passionate kiss.. my hands went into his hair while he held me by my neck.. we parted when we were out of breath.. he held my hand and took me towards the mattress.. i sat and he sat beside me.. he opened the lid of one plate.. it had a small cake.. a chocolate cake.. my favourite..

Karan’s pov

I lit the candle on the cake and handed her the knife.. She cut the cake and fed me the cake..

I opened the other lids and it all had her favourite food.. she kissed both my cheeks and we had dinner.. laughing and romancing with each other..

“Come.. let’s go for a walk..” i said and forwarded my hand which she immediately took.. we both got up and went for the walk..

“Catch me.. suddenly.. she started running and i ran behind her.. i caught her in no time and twirled her around while she giggled.. i set her down and turned her towards me.. she wrapped her hands around my neck and i tucked her hair strand behind her ear..

“Tejasswi..” she hummed.. i broke apart from her and went down on my knee while she looked at me with surprise

“Tejasswi.. jabse tum meri life mein aai hoon na.. meri life itni sorted ho gyi hai.. chahe phir voh office ki baat ho.. ya mere dil ki.. main bhut chaotic tha tere aane se pehle.. ek dum assholes type.. shyd abhi bhi hun.. pr thoda kam..” i sighed

“Tejasswi mujhe ab wait ni krna hai.. i want you to become mrs Tejasswi karan Kundrra as soon as possible.. I want to be yours.. completely.. jitni jaldi ho sake.. I want to marry you.. without waiting anymore.. Tejasswi..” i took out the box of ring..

“will you marry me ? As soon as possible?” I asked and she nodded

“Ofcourse i will..” she said crying happy tears and i made her wear the new ring.. i get up and picked her up bridal style and twirl her around while she giggled

“God.. I can’t believe there is such a
cutie inside in this grumpy man” she pulled my cheeks and i frowned..

“I am not a cutie , Tejasswi..” i said and she chuckled

“Okay..” she kissed my cheeks

“Vaise.. i have something else as well for you..” i made her stand down

“close ur eyes” i said and turned her back towards me.. i made her wear
something around her neck

“open..” she turned around and saw the neckpiece

“Karan.. yeh toh meri.. meri engagement ring hai.. yeh tumhe kahan mili ?” She asked me all astonished

“I had planned all this.. so.. the day we arrived here.. you were asleep.. toh maine nikaal li thi..” i said and shrugged

“Meri jaan atka di thi..” she pouted

“but i love it this way..” she pecked my lips

“Accha come on let’s go to our set up..” she jumped on my back and we went back towards the mattress and i dropped her there while she glared at me.. i laid down beside her and pulled her closer to me.. i pulled her over me.. i kept my one arm under my head while other arm was on her waist..

“You know Tejasswi..” i started

“tere aane se pehle na.. mujhe pyaar mein believe ni tha.. maine.. manav bhai aur unnati ko bhi saath mein dekha na.. tb bhi ni hua.. kyunki.. unreal lgta tha.. ki koi humari worst side dekh ke bhi koi aapse pyaar lr skta hai..”

“Pyaar hota voh tbhi hai.. jab voh aapki worst side se bhi ho.. agar sirf good side se hua toh voh pyaar kaise hua..” she said and i smiled

“You changed my opinion.. you literally came into my life.. in silence.. and created a havoc inside my heart.. kaise.. i had built up so many walls around myself.. phir bhi you somehow let yourself in..” she interrupted again.. god this cutiee..

“What was the exact moment or the day.. you actually let your guards down..”

“Pata nhi.. in one year of being my assistant.. i grew habitual of you.. jab tu office ni aati thi.. ya main late tak rukta tha.. i missed ur presence.. because you made work really easy for me.. but.. the day i saw you.. in that green lehenga.. manav bhai aur unnati ki mehendi pe.. you just.. took my heart away..” i shrugged and she rested her head on my chest.. i brought my hand from under my head to her head and caressed her hair..

“phir..?” She pouted and i pecked her lips

“Phir kya.. i fell in love with you.. it took me just.. three days.. to really fall in love with you..” i said and she smiled

“Kisi ne mujhe kaha tha i am bad at expressing myself.. but good job karan Kundrra..” she said and i chuckled.. i wrapped my arms around her and kissed her head

This is the beginning.. of our happily ever after..
