Cecily has lived in Shorehaven her entire life. She got into surfing when she was really little, she was on a surf board before she could even swim. When she was in grade three, a Brazilian guy moved into town, and she couldn't help but being intrigued by him, he barely spoke english, and he was always by himself, so she decided to talk to him, after all he was also her neighbor. The months passed, and the brunette got used to living in the beautiful town Shorehaven could be, it was small but it was theirs. Him and Cece never really got along, he would tease her all the time, and make fun of her for wanting to be a singer when she grew up, he would set toads in her princess castle and laugh at her with the other kids from the neighborhood. The years passed, and they found themselves in the same surf club and same friend group, they had to get used to being with each other after all.
