Author's Note: Basically, I wanted to write this as a full novel, but I can't right now, with school and exam pressure so I thought writing one shot would be a good way to kinda tease the story, and I can release a full length detailed one when I am motivated :( I am just giving the introduction the main OC "Adhira Noor" in this chapter. Hope you enjoy!!

In the vibrant city of Mumbai, where the echoes of cricket resonate through the alleys, Adhira Noor was born on December 18, 2000. Cricket was not just a sport for Adhira; it was a passion that would weave through the tapestry of her life.

Raised by a single mother, Adhira's childhood home was filled with the rhythm of her mother's dedication to cricket. Her mother, a resilient woman, worked as a ground manager at the iconic Wankhede Stadium. It was on December 23, 2017, a day that held special significance as it was also her mother's birthday, that Adhira, at the age of 17, made her debut in the world of professional cricket.

Her journey into the realm of cricket began at the tender age of seven in 2008, under the mentorship of Munish Bali, the then Men's U19 coach. Munish, a college friend of Adhira's mother, recognized the spark in the young girl and agreed to coach her. Little did they know that this decision would forge a lifelong connection and set Adhira on a path that intertwined with the destiny of Indian cricket.

During her early years of training, Adhira developed a remarkable bond with none other than the captain of the Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli. Their camaraderie transcended the boundaries of mentorship, blossoming into a genuine sibling-like relationship. Virat became Adhira's guiding star, and their shared passion for the sport bound them together in a unique way.

On January 18, 2019, Adhira reached a pinnacle in her cricketing career. In a match at Wankhede, she showcased her prowess by securing a hat-trick with the ball and delivering a stunning century, scoring an unbeaten 113 runs, leading her team to victory against Australia. It was a moment etched in the annals of Indian cricket history.

However, fate took an unexpected turn the very next day. A car accident left Adhira with a lasting injury to her leg. Undeterred, she embarked on a journey of recovery, fueled by her indomitable spirit. In a twist of fate, she found herself in Bangalore in November, where she serendipitously crossed paths with Virat Kohli. Encouraged by the Indian cricket captain, Adhira applied for an open position with the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for the upcoming IPL 2020.

Adhira's tenacity paid off as she secured the position of Junior Analyst with RCB. Her analytical prowess and commitment didn't go unnoticed, and soon she found herself as the Junior Analyst for the Indian Men's Cricket Team in 2020 after the IPL season. However, as fate continued to shape her journey, Adhira bid farewell to RCB before the 2022 season, only to be picked up by the Gujarat Titans as their Senior Analyst.

The story didn't end there. At the start of 2023, Adhira Noor took on a new role as the Fielding Coach of the Indian cricket team, solidifying her place as a trailblazer in the world of cricket. From a young girl training under Munish Bali to becoming an integral part of the coaching staff for the Indian team, Adhira's journey mirrored the resilience, passion, and unwavering spirit that defined her character. The Mumbai maiden had carved her niche in the cricketing world, leaving an indelible mark on the sport she loved.
