First of all, Lando in the cover picture is my favourite and made me fall in love with him all over again.
Story- it's set in 2023 and is a childhood best friends to lovers story.

"What are you boys talking about?" I say sleepily while sitting up from resting my head on Lando's lap "Nothing don't worry" Max says earning a glear from Lando "Look, I'm sorry for not telling you about Pi but I can't have you having a gob on with me" Max says looking me in the eyes "Yeah our forgiven, anyways can we get a cat?" I ask "What?" both boys say at the same time making me laugh at how in sync they have become the past few months. "Can we get a cat?" I ask again "Uhm, sure why not?" The next few months have been amazing, I went to 7 more GP's and was due to go to the Silverston weekend. Lando and I spent a lot of time together and it's safe to say i think we both have feelings for each other. We went to my best friend Soph's wedding last week and slow danced together and stayed in the same hotel room. Currently we are at dinner before going to Silverstone tomorrow for media day.
"So, I wanted to ask you something" Lando says holding my hand across the table "Ok" I say looking at him smiling. He takes a deep breath telling me he's nervous so I rub my thumb over his hand to calm his nerves a little "You've been my best friend since, I don't even remember when but it was a loooong time ago, and we've spent a lot of time together lately and my feelings for you changed from a friend love to love love" he pauses "Do you want to be my girlfriend?" he says nervously going all shy "Of course, Lan! I love love you too!" I say as we hug.
