Hey, Upper East Siders,
There's nothing Gossip Girl likes more than a /surprise. And we hear Blair Waldorf's got a two for one special. Her mom, Eleanor, who returned from Paris and Serena and Evangeline van der Woodsen, brunch buddies.
Me, Serena, Willow and Eleanor are all sat in Blair's suite eating sweet pastries for breakfast. We wanted to spend the day with Blair so we just decided to turn up at her place and we were surprised to see the return of Eleanor Waldorf. We began to catch up and laugh together when Serena notices Blair on the stairs. "Hey, you're up." Serena comments. "Do we have plans?" Blair asks as she reaches the bottom of the stairs and walks over to join us. "Darling, it is impolite to interrupt." Mrs Waldorf sternly reminds her blowing her a kiss afterwards. "I was just telling the girls that Bendel's is interested in carrying my line." She carries on. "Really?" Blair asks shocked and impressed. Mrs Waldorf nods. "Oh, that's fantastic. Why didn't you say something?" Blair goes to grab a pastry from the table. "I came back from Paris early to put together my look book. And if they like what they see... it could be the beginning of an entire lifestyle collection." Eleanor tells us. "Because more people should be like you, mother." Blair rips off a piece of her pastry to eat and brings it to her mouth. "Before you tuck into that, you might find the low-fat yogurt more appealing." Eleanor stops her. Blair turns to her mother whilst me and Serena get up to look at some of Eleanor's clothes. "Look at this one." I pull out a blue dress and hold it against myself. "Wow, these are beautiful, Ms. Waldorf." Serena pulls out a patterned skirt admiring it. "Well, they will be if they're not all squished from travelling." She stands up and shimmies past Blair to join me and Serena. "Girls, you have to come back later when everything is unpacked. I would love to hear your thoughts. You both have such great personal style." She tells me and Serena. "Oh, thank you. But, I don't think we'll be able to. Me, Eva and Blair have plans today." Serena declines her offer politely. "We do?" Blair questions looking shocked.

Serena, Eva and Blair might have plans for the day but Nate and Chuck are fully booked for the weekend. If they survive it.
A few hours later, Blair, Serena and I are walking down the streets of Manhattan hands filled with shopping bags. My arms were hurting because I was carrying a 6 month old baby and about 3 bags of clothes. We walk past two older men and they look at us as we walk past. "Oh, God, I forgot what it was like to be with the both of you." Blair comments. "No, they were looking at all three of us." Serena assures her. "Don't insult me. It's been like this all morning. Starting with your lovely visit with my mother. She didn't even call me to tell me she was coming home." Blair informs us. "Blair, don't be silly. She was probably just busy and in a rush to get home because she wanted to see your." I tell Blair. "She didn't even wake me up." Blair laughs. "Well, you know how Eleanor feels about beauty rest." Serena reminds her. "She likes you two more than me." Blair accepts. "She does not. You're her daughter and you mean the world to her. I would know." I say referring to my love for Willow. "Okay, I'm going inside. Wait for me. I'll be right back." Blair goes into a nearby shop and I find a bench across from it to rest for a few minutes. Serena turns to face me and she looks over the street to spot, "Humphrey. Dan. Hey." She calls across. "Hey." He says back. "Oh, my God, this is what I love about this city. You're always bumping into people. What are you doing here?" Serena continues as Dan crosses the street to meet with us. "I'm just on my way back from my Mom's. Dropping Jenny off up in Hudson, picked up a couple Cubans for me and my dad. Sandwiches, not cigars." Dan informs her. Serena laughs. "Hey, remember you said we could get together sometime and not talk? I was just wondering, is it sometime yet?" Serena asks him. "That was disgusting. The DOH should shut them down." Blair storms out of the shop her heels loudly clicking as she stomps. "The bathroom?" Serena questions. "No, the people. It's called Nolita, not No Showers. What are you doing here?" Blair asks Dan as she sniffs the air, "Do I smell pork? And cheese? Ok, well, when you're done with your charity work, why don't you come find me? I'll be at Tory Burch looking at ponchos. You coming E?" She asks me. I nod as I get up and go to join her as we walk down the street together. "I don't know what she sees in him." Blair says in a disgusted way. "It's sweet. She says he's 'different'." I tell her.
