Looking at Jungkook on the cellphone screen with his 10 little black clouds with lightning, Lisa suddenly had a very incredulous thought. Jungkook was not jealous, was he?
But, would he even know what jealousy was?
She stood up with her phone in hand and said, "You two order. I will be back shortly."
It was awkward video chatting in front of Yeri and Kai. She had no choice but to walk into the hallway.
She walked over next to a green plant at the end of the hallway before she continued to video chat with Jungkook. She explained to him, "The one you just saw is a relative on my Grandpa's side."
Jungkook's eyes were lowered. His lips that were tightly shut were colorless. A strand of hair stuck straight up from the fringes over his forehead. He looked dazed and pitiful. He did not respond to her.
The row of 10 little black clouds displayed their lightning in unison.
Lisa had to suppress her desire to reach over the screens and pat down his hair for him. Her lips curved and she said to him, "I don't like that person."
Jungkook looked up at her.
Lisa told him, "I only like Kookie."
There was light inside Jungkook's pitch black eyes. His long and straight lashes quivered and in a slightly aggrieved and slightly complain-y voice, he said, "Call Big Sister him."
He heard the man calling her Big Sister.
Big Sister belonged to him.
Lisa was stunned. This was the first time she learned that Jungkook was possessive and that he would feel unhappy when someone else called her Big Sister.
Lisa tried to woo him. "What he said is different from what you said. He called me Big Sister to be respectful. But Odd Big Sister is yours and yours only. Only you can call me that."
Jungkook blinked. He understood what Lisa was saying. "Mine."
"Yes, only you can call me that"
In the next instant, Lisa saw the little black clouds with lighting above Jungkook's head disappeared one by one.
In less than a few seconds, all 10 little black clouds were gone.
Lisa looked at Jungkook on the screen. He was looking at her quietly and his lips curved upward a little.
This man was so easy to woo. How was he so cute?
After she had disconnected the video chat, Lisa returned to their private room. The two siblings were looking at her with curiosity.
Yeri couldn't resist but asked, "Big Sister Lili, was that your boyfriend? My brother can be slow sometimes and didn't know that he should have avoided any possible misunderstandings. Was your boyfriend upset?"
Kai gave his sister a stare. He didn't do anything. What kind of men would be that petty?
"Not my boyfriend," said Lisa as she took her seat again. "He's my husband."
Yeri gasped. "You... you got married at such an early age?"
Why would she do such a thing?
Lisa smiled. "Even if he's upset, he's not difficult to woo."
Where else could one find a man who could be wooed with just one line?
Kai drop Lisa back off at the Ning's before it was dark outside.
"We are here, Big Sister Lili." He quickly went to open the door.
"Thank you." Lisa got out of the car. "Let's hang out again next time."
"Yes yes yes," said Kai eagerly. "Just contact me if you need anything, Big Sister Lili."
Kai only got back inside of his car after he watched Lisa walking back into the house.
Yeri, still sitting in the back seat of the car, said, "'this the difference between the real and the fake one. Big Sister Lili's etiquette and temperament is way better than the fake one that I had seen the other day."
Kai, with his dimples, looked at his naïve and harmless little sister. "Haven't you noticed that after the meal, she had already learned all about us include how many side branches there are? She, on the other hand, had not shared anything with us."
Yeri's eyes widened when that was pointed out to her. "You are right. She seemed to have avoided all of my questions."
Kai looked at his sister in the rearview mirror wordlessly. "Did you think she really gone out with us because she had time to kill?"
Yeri's eyes rolled. That was exactly what she thought.
"We wanted to fish information out of her, but we ended up telling her everything with her subtle questions. Don't ever try anything with Lisa in the future," said Kai resentfully.
Yeri rebutted, "You are such a smart person, but you still let Big Sister Lili got all the information out of you."
Kai depressed the gas paddle and refused to have this conversation with his sister.
