Act 2 is officially over! For those of you who want a summary, here you go.

Nico gets injured and attempts to shadow travel to Hades's palace in the Underworld, but has never been there before and ends up in Death's palace in Hell. He is found by Scorpius, who is training for a mastery in healing. Scorpius heals him and they get caught by Harry.

Harry, instead of getting upset like expected, Harry looks Nico over to be sure Scorpius did everything okay. He then tells Nico that he needs to eat and he's going to eat with them before giving him some nice clothes and his aviator's jacket.

At dinner, it is revealed to Harry and the others that Nico is a son of Hades. Death mentions that Nico is Life's current favorite "plaything." Harry quickly gets upset, already being protective of Nico. Nico gets concerned because they had the two most powerful auras he had ever felt and he wasn't sure he'd survive if they got into a fight.

After dinner, which didn't escalate too far, Nico was asked to stay back with Harry and Death. Harry asked where he was staying and who was training him. Nico learns that he has abilities other than shadow travel and agrees to stay so Harry can teach him how to use them.

After six months, Nico is basically Harry's son and he is a part of the family. He has his powers mostly mastered. He can manipulate precious metals, hellfire, the dead, and knew many necromancy rituals. He could fight with a sword, bow, and knife.

While staying with Harry, he has begun to realize that Bianca hadn't been the best sister and he is finally getting to have a real family. He still loves her, but he acknowledges that she made mistakes.

On Nico's birthday, he gets presents and celebrates it with his family. He gets a sword from Harry that he named Reaper in Greek as well as a necklace that officially adopted him into the family. He gets several other things from them before he finds out he got a present from Percy. It's a torque that turns into an epic set of stygian iron armor.

Nico leaves home to venture into the surface world. He finds himself in the Labyrinth with an annoying shade following him that he kills. He finds himself in Triple G Ranch, where he sees Percy and thanks him for the torque. He decides he doesn't like Annabeth after she glares at him for mentioning Death (Percy's not-boyfriend).

Percy has to clean the stables (happens just like in the book). He returns to see Nico glaring at Annabeth for something that he doesn't understand. He fights Geryon. Nico looks overly bored the whole time and ends up killing Geryon, showing off his amazing control over his abilities. Nico joins them on their quest.

Time skip to later that summer. Harry is concerned that Nico hasn't visited and decides to go to him, which is how he and Draco end up in Manhattan, helping fight in the final battle. After the battle, Harry gets visions of the Giant War and shares his concerns with Draco. Thanatos and Percy start officially dating.

Later, Harry and Death are captured while out searching for Percy. They are rescued by Hazel, Frank, and Percy. Frank only has enough fire to free Death and so Death calls Life to free Harry. Life asks for something in return, as always. He asks for Nico, or, rather, permission to try and court him.

Harry is adamantly against it until he makes Life swear to never hurt Nico. Then, he reluctantly agrees. He gives each of the questers a wish. Frank gets rid of his curse, Hazel asks to meet Hades, and Percy asks for Luke to come back to life.

Skip to Nico and Jason's encounter with Eros, who is Life. Jason is separated from Nico while Life talks to him. This part shows Nico's insecurities and how much Life actually cares about Nico. Nico agrees to be with Life, and life gives him his mark, which is a sign of love form a protogenos. It's complicated, so you might just want to read Chapter 8.

Skip to the final battle. Harry, Draco, and the Elites are watching from afar, searching for new recruits. They have clear instructions not to interfere with the battle. Will, Mitchell, Leo, Nyssa, a huntres named Grace, and a few other demigods are recruited.

Harry finds out about Life and Nico and is supportive. He threatens Life if he keeps Nico from family dinners. They have a father-son moment and it's cute.

Nico goes to the awards ceremony and is named Champion of Olympus and given a wish. A lot of the Greeks complain and Percy goes off on them. Nico accepts and wishes for the camps to have strengthened borders.

He received new abilities from each of the fourteen Olympians. He can manipulate hope, love, and anger. He has immunity to mind control and insanity. He can use lightning, fire, and moonlight. He can sense lies and lies well. He can shapeshift like Frank. He can heal himself and others. He has increased wisdom as well as knowledge on people's deepest fears and how to work a farm. He returns to Life, who worries over him.

Next, we see Leo as a reaper, kinda. He accepts the position of reaper on the Elite Team. He gets his own workshop and room. He meets Death, finding out that him and Percy are dating. He finds out Nico is gay when Scorpius runs in yelling about Nico bringing a boy to dinner. He quickly leaves after realizing that he wasn't going to get anywhere by staying.

That's the end of Act 2.
